The customer service is so bad at the counter the dress buttons was open rapped in a bag even though it’s not our time shopping from this shop every time we get our dresses hanged in hanger this time was wrapped in a bag with the buttons opened also there was an offer to shop 500+ and get a tote bag the lady didn’t give us since we got a discount she was really rude wish I never bought anything from her! Worst experience ever even though I bought two dresses

One of my favorites place so nice and beautiful ???? amazing collection each and every single things are looking, so glorious love to visit here….. staff are very helpful good you can buy what you want … main part is location is not very difficult. You can get easily. It’s near parking area the way to Butch Khalifa.

I purchased an item but my experience was very bad. Not only purchase experience my customer experience is also very bad with Ted Baker Dubai Mall.

I purchased an item and it was defective. When I contacted to Ted Baker Dubail Mall then staff said the product is not from Ted Baker as Ted Baker items can not be damaged or defective ????

After showing purchase proof , item tags he agreed that is product from Ted Baker but after he said it’s my mistake.

Not sure where to complain now, but I am writing here so if you are visiting then please be careful.

I purchase some snickers as a present.
They gave me a broken box ( from other shoes also) . I asked, I insisted, I highlighting it is for a present, but they ignored me, they put them in the bag and hand them over. I asked a gift receipt that they just throw it in a bag, not a small envelope nothing. I asked some paper some ribbon the answer was :
This is all we have we don’t have packing service.
Ok that is fine, but a nice box for the shoes, an envelope for the gift receipt , a bit of attention to details? Tryed to pack myself but ended up giving the shoes without the box.

Disappointing. I would say it is the level of Bershka maybe ? Not even.

Customer for loonng time of ted baker, and I travel and shop all over the world but not anymore, for sure not from Dubai until you do not change or train your staff, as this was not my first disappointing experience with your employees in Dubai.

The cashier who assisted me in Ted Baker Dubai Mall was so rude on 7th July at 05.51pm. Her name in the receipt start with letter L (initial LN) First time I saw her there. She was rush and without finishing my conversation she took customer behind me. Regret to purchase from there lot of shop in Dubai Mall , poor reflection for such a good brand like Ted Baker have this lady work there

Poor customer service, the inventory is not the greatest when it comes to sizes either. The person at the teller practically refused to have my items delivered although the service is indeed available and advertised right by the cashier. He claimed that it might be late and they would rather not be responsible and he sent me out to the mall's reception. You don't want this type of service for the premium you're paying. The brand is well known and the quality is good my review is for this specific location and experience.
