I visited here with my 2 sons and my sister and niece.
There was a big choice of ice-cream and everyone was catered for. My youngest didn’t want one and the lady was trying to help and suggest flavours and varieties for him.
Both staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll be going back after Ramadan and recommend to everyone

Very bad customer service the person in the shop is very rude and it was mention it’s closed 12 but when we went 11.20 he said it’s closed and said we will close early not as per the timing mentioned… very bad experience and customer service

It’s so sad that a nice ice cream brand such as this hire employees that have no experience at all in dealing with customers; just few tries from the delicious ice cream flavors and they got fed up and impatient.
I would think again if I decide to comeback.

This ice cream shop is so nostalgic for me that I had to have it. A cute little shop located in the middle of The Pointe. They offer some unique flavors. I had to have my favorite, chocolate.

Good place and have a good view with outdoor seating. Staff are good and friendly. Affordable and not expensive. And great options of ice cream ????.

I love this ice cream. Swiss chocolate is my favorite flavor. Good view, good service, easy to find. Highly recommended:)
