Orders the sultan kebab the meat was over done and dry. Restaurant was more or less empty but staff is busy sorting empty table then looking out for customers. And given it's not cheap I would recommend trying a different place if your craving Turkish/ Iranian cuisine.

Good Iranian food. Delicious kababs and sheesh tawook. Nice and fresh bread and tasty yoghurt salad.

They need to hire a better staff, they will need 15/20 mins only to come and take ur order and at the end they told me we dont have that meal available at the moment.
Very unprofessional and bad service

Worst service ever! I have never experienced such rude behavior anywhere in the UAE! We went for a friend's birthday lunch. First, nobody bothered to come and take the order. Then, when they finally did, they didn't have the time to listen. They served the food in such a bad manner. And when I requested one of the staff to take a picture for us, he said he's too busy, even though there were only 3 families in the entire restaurant! We just paid our bill, left the place and went somewhere we could atleast feel like it was a birthday

I remember in 2008 and 2009 when we enjoy food at Hatem restaurant, quality starts dropping year by year until the quality became as u are eating in Asian cafeteria.
Last visit was on 2018 and never return again
