Had an early dinner here a couple of days back. Food has always been great at Paul’s.

My quinoa halloumi salad was fantastic, and my wife loves their hot chocolate.

Staff are extremely polite and friendly, and achieve the perfect balance of being there for you when you need and not being over present ????

My fav place to dine in Deira City Center. The service is always perfect. All the staff are very friendly. The food and coffee is fantastic and delicious. Thank you guys ????

In spite of its location, this is a very bad branch of Paul.
Very low customer service.
Waiters are not trained at all.
I ordered black forest cake and it was frozen.
I don't recommend this branch for anyone.
I tried Paul in different places, inside and outside UAE. I have never tried bad quality like this one.
There isn't even a cup for different types of Sugar.
They put only one type of sugar beside the cup of coffee.
The croissant plate is smaller than the croissant itself.
Please look at the pictures.

Surprisingly great options of quality mains. Service was good, attentive food attendant who always keep on checking on me. I do hope that theres a host assisting the customer who’s keen on dining in. Thee rest is great! I recommend this place if you want to have a proper food and service. Keep it up.

I love the pasta, bread, coffee and dessert. Also the hot chocolate in winters. Love the ambience and the pleasant smell of freshly cooked food. It’s my go to place. But the only con is that it’s very crowded.

Originated from France, well known for the culinary wonders. It was a pleasant experience dining in. The menu has lot of items and might be a little confusing for a person not used to French cuisine. Rather than the taste, the freshness in the ingredients were evident. The prices are in the premium range too.

One of the premium chain restaurants serving food in UAE. It is known especially French breakfast. It is an ideal place to have a good chat with friends or working while enjoying the food. Since it is in a mall it is easy for people to find free parking or to connect via metro. The accessibility is a great benefit for this place.

Interior & Cleanliness

I was always amazed with the interior of the Pauls. This one is no exception in that cash, even though it is not as great compared to some of the others in Dubai.

The place is well maintained and is very clean.

Food

The food was great. I would have loved to see more options too. The coffee was great too.

The food was pricey but was justified for the positioning of the restaurant and the service offered.

Since we were three if us, we tried different menu options.

Service

We did wait for a while to get attended to, but the food was served fast. The staff were very knowledgeable about the Menu and they helped us with choosing the right food according to our requirements. They were very courteous too.

Overall, a great place to try breakfast in the mall comfortably
But would love to see more on the Menu in the future.

Had the breakfast menu from Paul Bakery. The service was slow but food was brought in fairly quickly.
The overall ambience was good and the place was moderately crowded with ample seating.
The food was of good quality and a plate was filling enough.
Paul is a good place to visit for breakfast at Deira City Centre.
