Your staff Yuze Jiang was very rude to me and my baby. Please trainee your staff to be respectful in store. He was """very very rude""" when my son, when he just touch the pen displayed on the reception table. Such staff will always loss out your customer from the store. The only reason because my wife had liked a set to buy, else i will not have spared him and make her to purchase from this store.
If You have any thing that customer should not touch, trainee your staff or it should be closed with tag DO NOT TOUCH.

Very poor/bad service.
Gave my watch for battery change, it is almost a month and I am yet to receive it and they say it is missing in the locker.
No call back from the representative or store manager Mr. Naser.
Very disappointed.

Luxurious collection.no doubts.
Staff should be trained on customer service skills n not to judge the book by its cover.
As we barged in the shop at 12 midnight
His way of serving us showed as if we are window shoppers which is so disrespectful n disappointing.
After we finalize our necklace.we cud mke out his attitude changed suddenly n started to give extra attention thereafter.
I request he is trained well as it points at the brand. Thanx

I would really like to thank SWAROVSKI for making the most wonderful luxurious jewelry collection, that I just bought from Dubai, #deiracitycentre. As it’s my pre-wedding shopping, I must say your employee Mr. Yuze Jiang (Jim) was so supportive, polite and the most humble during the whole process. Not only did he provide excellent customer service but also he gave me a special wedding congratulation card as well as wrapped them up so perfectly, which gave my pre-wed shopping a whole new excitement and experience. I would highly recommend everyone to visit the store here. It was just a “Wao” experience. ????

Located at level 2 of deira city center mall, staff was very polite and helpful, not much crowded, most of the design available online were there at the shop.
