Avoid this place like the plague ! Different prices on display and the manager refused to take responsibility for this. Including threw away the receipt and refused to hand it over to minutes later. This happened twice today(product shows one price and get charged higher price) and if this is the profesionalism shown by Dubai and Dubai Mall, then I am very disappointed.
Muji, hire better people, please! Your products are amazing but your staff is overpaid for the service!

I think I found my new favorite store. Very minimal items that are of high quality.

After I used they're Gel Ink Ballpoint 0.38mm. I stopped using all other pens and just got stock of Muji pens.

They're staff are very friendly.

Definitely a must visit.

I have a complaint
The payment employee ( casher ) who wore a black shirt this morning was inappropriate and impolite. He must respect the customers. The citizen and the resident were throwing clothes and saying, "You put them in the bag."

Everything at this store is 2-2.5x its retail price. Even with their buy for 100 get 50 off offer, prices are still well above retail prices. No thanks.

Good products but some bad staff working so rudely. They gave the wrong price and not only one, but all 8 items, and charged me the high price. When I tried to correct it, they were so rude and had a bad attitude. If it was just a mistake, it's OK, but it is the problem of the whole sale system. I like the comfortable clothes of MUJI, but the first time, I was so disappointed in Dubai Mall Shop. I am so sure everyone must think this price is 25, but they said 60 exactly. What a joke!

MUJI is a Japanese department store that offers a quite good range of furniture, clothes, stationery and interesting stuff.

MUJI is famous for its minimalist designs and colors. Unlike the IKEA model, MUJI offer quite good materials and hence the prices are above the average.

The Dubai Mall branch has a big footprint and offers lots of furniture solutions - unlike other branches across UAE.

During DSF (Dubai Shopping Festival) and other sales seasons, you can find yourself a nice deal (50% discount on everything or buy one get one deals). I’ve got myself a sofa, mirror, coffee table and tv unit at 50% discount.

I also found their socks, are exceptionally comfortable and durable.

Bought some linen on discount, one of them bought wrong size, after 5 days I go back to change for different size and they tell me that since was bought on discount they only change after if after 3 days and there’s nothing they can do..

Ridiculous rules and customer service. One less customer…

They don't know where is my package.

I called the courier to ask about my package but they claim they never received anything from Muji.

I called Muji customer service and they claim the package is already delivered.

It's been a struggle to call them both on and on and still no one take the responsability to say WHERE IS MY PACKAGE.
