We visited this shop today. My review is specific to the upper floor shop, the men's wear boutique shop.

We arrived and were received by a very patient gentleman who dedicated his time to giving us the best service there is. He took his time while we were browsing and still deciding what yo buy. Offered us something to drink in the process and ensured we remained comfortable.

We eventually bought a few items and left. I genuinely recommend this shop. Wassim is an amazing customer sales person. Will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the great work. ????

Don’t know the name of the male associate there but he could use a reality check and tone down on the attitude. Also, hard to get through to anyone over the phone when interested in booking something.

Went in to get my shoes repaired, sales associate who’s name was younes or something like that was very unpleasant and rude, a “holier than thou” attitude. Love Valentino but they need to hire some better associates

Terrible store. Wabted to buy a bag for my girlfriend, however security refused to let us enter saying „staff is busy“ ä. So if staff is busy it means we can’t check and buy something?! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this store.

They didn’t even upload the tax free details online. Couldn’t claim the refund but what’s worse they don’t answer their calls.

This is one of my favorite brands, and I was very pleased with my experience at this location. The girl helping me out (later found out that she was also Russian) was nice and super helpful, giving me an opportunity to roam around and choose what I wanted. She was patiently waiting while I was sorting out some issues with my bank (they blocked the transaction because of the high amount). Overall a great point of interaction with Valentino brand and impeccable customer service. I would introduce more clothing items to choose from. Keep it up! ????

A very bad shop and there A woman manager You speak badly. With customers and staff And she didn't speak Arabic. ???? And I was going to call the police for her. No one buys anything from there, all the comments are bad ???? not just me

Extremely rude manager and staff. I am a loyal customer to the brand and bought many items from the dubai mall store. Today was the worst experience. Will never come back. Manager is on a mission to destroy the brand and customer base.
