Customer service is worst. When I arrived at their MCC branch, I was the only customer then few minutes later, another customer arrived and the lady who was assisting me assisted that new client and pass me over to another sales lady and when another customer arrive, that lady left me. I was looking for things on my own when another sales lady Rokaya who I think just came from break arrived. She was so rude and told me that I don't have to dig all over the items. What can I do, no one is helping me. And finally out of all the customer who was there at that time, I was the only one who bought items. If only my friend did not request for those items, I will never buy a thing. Charge to experience, never will go again in that branch.

It was such a bad experience ( 20/2/2022) time around 6 to 7 everybody in the customer service was sooo bad that instead of 5 lingerie we bought only 3 . We never had this experience ever from any other lingerie shop. Such a bad customer support by all the girls in there. If I could give negative star I would have give it. No wonder that nobody wants to buy as this girls treatment towards the customers is toooo bad.
