Me along with 5 of my friends had visited Newton for iftar dinner . Few of our other friends had been there earlier so we decided to try it for ourselves . Starting with the food , it was preety mediocre given the price . 6 out of 10 max .What ruined our whole experience was the treatment we received from the manager there . We couldn't get his name but he looked like someone of arab descent . His attitude towards us was extremely unprofessional . Each time he passed by our table , he made us very uncomfortable with his rather unpleasant glare . Not once he stopped and asked us how the food or service was and to our surprise , he seemed very much friendly with other tables and was seen serving them with a smile . We were group of south asians and we couldn't think of any other reason why we were being treated differently . It was very easy to sight the obvious racism .Wonder how such irresponsible and non tolerant people were offered such position . We didn't feel welcomed at all . On the good note , the egyptian waiter serving us was very nice and was trying his best to explain the dishes he was serving us since the cuisine was new to us . The host who took us to our table was so sweet as well and kept checking on us . Overall , wouldn't recommend this place and dont see myself visiting again.

It is a comfortable place, I had a great time just relaxing and having a delicious meal. The day I visited they had a combo offer, 1 beverage + 1 main dish + 1 salad for 83 AED. Only thing it was expensive though was bottled water, it cost 22 AED. I really enjoyed the food, was vast and delicious. The waitress and hostess were very friendly.

Good food, drinks and most importantly wonderful customer service.
Got here during happy hour, which was a nice surprise:) I had a yummy prawn snack with couple of nice drinks. The staff are very lovely and attentive, especially great thanks to Soka who took care of me when I decided to go outside, anticipating my needs he opened up the umbrella for me, turned on the cooler. Also Belinda, my waiter kept checking up on me and was also very friendly and professional.

We had a birthday there.
The place is nice and accommodating for large no. of people.
The food was normal nothing special.
Staff were helpful.

Lovely ambience, friendly staff and most of all delicious food. My 8 son enjoyed the Cauliflower appetizer . Tried their Saturday brunch. Thanks to all the staff who take care of our table. Wendy, Renzel and Jidin.

The management is scamming people. I’ve worked there for two years at the peak covid situation. Restaurant manager Eyad used to buy cheap liquor for bar from Ajman and fill the bottles in the bar. Food they bought were all from cheap places on offers and not from suppliers. There was no standard and quality on anything they offered. They didn’t paid staffs nor provided them visas. They used to make people work for few days and sack them out without paying for no reason. All management team from Owners, Restaurant Manager, PRO, Accountant etc are playing around with people and treat their employees like thrash.

I was very disappointed with the service. First of all the service was very slow. Secondly after finishing lunch I asked waiter to pack my food for take away and he brought bags for packing so we can pack ourselves. I asked the reason why the costumer is packing food and I was told it’s a new Dubai rule that they can not carry food to the kitchen to pack. I am having lunch in other restaurant and never was asked food by myself. That left a very bad impression and I will definitely never recommend anyone this “restaurant”.

Great place, awesome View...

We celebrated our Iftar here with a very Deliscious set Menu. We sat outside the terrace enjoying the pleasant weather and beautiful Views.

This company advertises that it is open 24 hours a day. On more than one occasion, I have phoned up late at night to book a taxi home, and have been met with a 'Giff-Gaff' mobile voicemail and no way of booking a taxi. This is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional of the company, and I suggest that they need to either change their advertised opening hours, or open the business until later in the day.
