Well it was way more delicious than I expected. We had a celebration dinner (16 people) yesterday and I would say everything from A to Z was delicious. We did not have main course, wine and starters and it was enough. My favorites were the zucchini chips and calamari.

There is outside and inside sitting area. Outside has a good view of the Souk Medinat. We ate inside, spacious and comfortable. Design is simple but effective, mostly light earth tones. We paid 170 AED each for everything which surprised me, but I think it was reasonable as we did not have main course.

I would 100% recommend.

Beautiful view, tranquil atmosphere, amazingly tasty food, fresh air, reasonable prices.
The waiters are very welcoming.
Can’t say anything negative about this restaurant.
Will definitely dine there again.

Very nice location. Great live music & the food was super delicious.
I can highly recommend the ‘tuna carpaccio’ as a starter & as a main the ‘clay fish’. The fish was well seasoned and served with a nice sauce.
The price was fair for the service, quality and ambience.

Had a lovely evening with my dear friends and my soulmate. We spent a lot of time in Dubai so eating well became a habit. This Greek restaurant definitely was a good choice for some fine dining. Service was exceptional and the prices, well...it is Dubai. My soulmate went very happy back home as she got some really amazing wet wipes as a gift from the restaurant. Our recommendation goes to the octopus starter. The table seating could've been better though as we had a reservation already.

A very enjoyable experience: first, it’s a wonderful terrace with a nice lake view. Then, it is a joyful place with many people around, noisy and diverse. Thirdly, the food is delicious! Everything we took we liked: eggplant salad, calamari, fried cheese - all meals were very tasty. The service was quick and friendly. And, what’s important to notice in Dubai, the price is very reasonable. You won’t spend a fortune to have enough great food and wine.
In summary: it’s a perfect location for a Friday or Saturday night out to chat with friends and have fun. Highly recommend it!

Loved this restaurant! Such a cute setting on madinat and such good value for money.

Would highly recommend the pasta with mini burgers (forgot what it was called). Others also had the lamb chops which were a bigger portion then most places! I had the best espresso martini I’ve had. Definitely recommend as it’s on the cheaper side and just as good as those high places ????????

The Taverna is a nice place with perfect food. From here starts also the roundtrip trough the Madinat Canal with the Electro-Boats. You will be fascinated from this trip.

One of the best restaurant in Dubai! Fresh, incredible delicious food, so polite, funny and professional staff! Special thanks to Mahmout for unforgettable evening! We have been here already 6 times for the last 2 months and we are sooo exciting every time! Thank you a lot!
