Hmm its fine but the collection not as website and some of the item they don’t have slim t-shirts ..

Unacceptable customer service all shop assistants have attitude and not willing to help!!! for example I shown them a picture in next online and they say they don't have it in store then when I turn my back it was behind me... I asked the assistant why they didn't help and they didn't even apologise or care to explain. I've been a customer for next for over than 15 years but this branch put me off to shop due to assistant attitudes. I hope that the management investigate the team work spirit in the shop and also to focus on customer service

Worst customer service. Not helpful.. Whatever you ask they say they don't have even if it is right next to them.
You will also queue for a very long time as the payment process is too long!

DISGUSTING, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE was giving sarcastic remarks and rude glares at us. The female staff (Cora) was giving my mom sarcastic remarks when asking a question about the trousers. The male staff (Mohsin) was clueless as if he hasn't ever worked there. We went in with an enquiry about trouser sizes so that i could place an online order with NEXT. We have now decided to NOT order from next, not now- NOT EVER; due to our BITTER experience. The staff names were Cora and Mohsin, both ruining the reputation of next.
