So what do you do when you have to buy a gift for your dear ones ! It must be thoughtful, personalized, price worthy, high quality and hassle free! Where do you get this complete experience along with friendly staff ! My wife and I happened to visit Pottery Barn Kids for the first time to buy something dearly! I must say we were blown away by their friendliness ! Janeth - their design specialist cleared our worries and helped us customize a few amazing gifts. She advised personalization with the child's name and selected thoughtful gift wraps meant for a baby boy ! Etching names on gifts, does take a few days, however considering we had a birthday party to attend the next day, she helped us get this done in few hours ! What makes the experience even more gratifying is the smile on your dear one's face ! So if you want a one stop shop experience please visit Pottery Barn kids ! And don't forget to ask for Recommendations from their design specialist -Janeth !

I have been purchasing personalised gifts from Pottery Barn Kids for some time now frequently, however following a very dissapointing service last evening, today morning I was attended by one of the most out standing customer service from an on duty staff Abdul Kader at MCC branch. Not only has he taken my urgent requirement and genuine need into consideration he has made the entire purchase extremely convenient while maintaining utmost professionalism. An asset to the store!

Amazing experience with Youssef. He is able to provide a high level of personalized service yet extremely professional. He is attentive to our needs and requirements without being pushy. We talked about Egypt whilst choosing the products that we want, the entire engagement was fun :-) Won’t think twice of purchasing baby items from Pottery Barn through Youssef. Left the shop feeling happy with the service given to us.

Amazing products and most importantly amazing customer service by the staff especially Janeth who is also a designer. She was amazing and gave valuable advice, came over to my house after the bed delivery and was great at her advices. Was continuously on WhatsApp with me and contactable any time of the day giving advise and listens to me and understands my needs, thank you Janeth ????

Home Sweet Home! When I shop at this specific branch of PBK I feel like I am back in America! The customer service is simply outstanding. Today was my first experience with Wahleed and he did not disappoint. He was professional and made good suggestions. Great training!
