The massage was great, the ladies were very attentive and professional. The room was so clean and the massage bed very comfortable. The ceiling has nice dimmed lighting that made the whole experience more relaxing. The only thing that was upsetting is that you would come out of your massage to an exposed area where there is noise and delivery people coming to the ladies salon that somehow shares the same reception. It felt a bit awkward that after the massage there is no exclusive area for relaxation.

Spotless and beautiful place, perfect to relax and indulge yourself. Love it as it was empty on a weekend day and enjoyed the balinese massage and all the facilities in peace and tranquillity ✨

The massage was ok, I did have a trainee so perhaps that’s why. The facilities were lovely and it was nice being able to spend some quality time in the spa. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam room. I would definitely recommend going during the weekday as it was nice and quiet.

The best spa that I found in the my life,the couple treatment it was wonderful..perfect atmosphere and everything was clean.
Wayan and Muna were brilliant and Luigia the manager was very nice and welcoming.
She made us very comfortable like if we were at home.

For the first time, instead of going directly, I got a really nice value for money voucher in Groupon. Except that they didn’t find an opening for me only because it was a Groupon voucher. The lady at the desk wouldn’t open an exception not even for the wife of someone who lives in the building — and whose last day in Dubaï will be in a week.
It had been a really nice experience up until now.
I ended up calling the SPA of the hotel my husband lived before and they are delighted to give me a great deal.

Just an amazing experience! Very beautiful luxurious place, High class. Nice and friendly stuff. Absolutely enjoyed here of my massage, facilities and everything. Just one small inconvenience - shower changing water from extremely hot to cold just itself, was hard to take shower trying to switch all the time position) But ok, the rest experience was just an amazing.

It can hardly get better!

Very friendly service, clean and nice spa area and a top notch massage.
The room and the service had all the extra details, which made it 5+.
Massage was slow and very good.
Anys, my massage therapist understood the art of perfection!
Super happy!
