The sales rep Ibrahim was very patient and assisted me with a lot of shoe changes and explained to me the differences between different shoes.

it’s been a year for my Hoka’s and I’ve noticed the shoe’s side trim peeling off. At first, I thought this was a cosmetic issue, the glue used may be weaker than needed but on close inspection, saw that this trim peeling is causing the shoe upper to rip as well.
Here’s the problem. I went in to Absolute Run, without my purchase receipt to ask if there’s any solution to this. The man on the counter (Ibrahim) was quick to assume that this was caused because I leave my shoes out in the heat/in the car - not true.
He then turns to the cashier to tell her that the shoes were purchased from their neighbor “Runners”. And, he tried convincing me that I was mistaken and indeed, bought my Hoka’s from Runners and not from Absolute Run. His justification, they never stocked the shoes I bought - from them!
This was an embarrassing experience. They could have stored my information during purchase, which they didn’t. They could’ve simply said they couldn’t help if I didn’t have a receipt but the assumptions and the feeling of being felt like a deluded customer who mixes up his stores of purchase drew a line.
Sorry for the 1 star review but as a business you need to be careful who you choose as your customer facing employees.

The sales rep Trixie was extremely patient and helpful with all my questions (which were a lot) and assessed my gait to make the perfect shoe recommendation.
