The worst Laundry ever!!!
They are spoiled my tracksuit which cost almost 7.000 AED and they did not even apologies properly and the just blocked me without answering my phone calls!!
Of course, no refund - no reply.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

Sent my blackouts to clean on Oct 29th, they brought half of them on Nov 2 still stained and creased. To receive the other half I had to wait till Nov 8. They charged me 1500AED to wash blackouts, with a very unprofessional attitude, unresponsive over the phone, as manager is rude and inefficient. Never had an experience like this, instead of enjoying clean curtains, I would have rather left them the way they were. Horrible.

They came when they said they would, collected 4 duvets and dropped off in 24 hours. Great service. And they offered 20% off the first order. Satisfied customer.
