The building is expensive. Chiller doesn't work. In summers you will sweat in the middle of nights.

They purposely switch off some chiller units for few hours and do it every summer to save money and when you complain, they will give you lame excuses.

Sauna and steam bath not working for past 2 years.

Warning: You will have sleepless warm nights during summers.

I stayed for almost 10 yrs....maintenance level went down after 5 yrs...management is horrible....the chiller is free so u wil get no cooling.....n now after i left the flat they r not refunding our security amount...its been 4 months we are still chasing for our security deposit .
In short all the best to the tenants who staying or going to shift ...
