Best building out of all elite buildings and has easy access to all the main roads. However, the maintenance support is pathetic (you are on your own for curtains, plumbing etc), too many cockroaches in the building, and apartments are overfurnished with excess furniture that they are not willing to move either. Balcony is large in 2BHK but of no use and its impossible to keep it clean even for a day as there is too much dust from empty lots around the building.

A bit used up apartments, quality of furniture is not that much, crowded building , apartments is pretty dim and dark depressing to be honest however you step outside and the view is amazing
Wish apartments were a bit larger and exposed to light more

Perfect queit clean and furnished Apartments. One Garage for each Apartment, nice views from every side, good maintenance, good service and quickly, has good swimming pools and nice garden for everyone can use it living in the Building, and near service area and always has Taxies in front of the Building for any body needs it.

I guess it’s time to move out from this bulding

1. Gas bills are very expensive
2. AC in carridors are not working
3. Cockroaches.
4. Elevators and carridors are dirty
5. garbage room is always dirty and smelly.
6. rude security.
7. Minor maintenance is very expensive

So please can someone prove me wrong !!!!!!!!

I don’t think that our rent is cheap, so we deserve a better service and a better environment to live in

It's a beautiful residential building with kind and active security guards and it has a beautiful mosque at the ground floor and have big parking.

The building is well maintained, very secured and it is a calm area to stay in, I stayed there for 7 months and I don’t regret it.
There is an issue with the firm alarm that turns on every now and then, but it is directly turned off.
The pool and the playground area is big and clean.
The buses stations are 3-6 mins walk.
The studio itself was a bit used and could be in better conditions.

Relaxing view , great sauna and spa, has own running track. 2 towers that has health center both.
