Muneer was very accommodating and really knows their products. Surprisingly found my Veja sneakers in their shop ???????? They have great merchandise!

Very bad experience. Bought an item from there, which i exchanged in 14 days due to some minor defects and they were not ready to exchange it for full
Value for which it brought for since the item went for further reduction. I have lost more than 230 dhs for none of my mistake . Insanely ridiculous .Sale items are supposed to be exchanged in 3 days as per them which was never told to us and we went by the standard return policy in the market. The staff are not cooperative at all. I will never consider this shop for future shopping.

I am so disappointed of the quality, I bought some heels, "vegan" leather, few months ago. They fall apart but I’ve returned them to the shop, very good client service! Edit: they offered me a solution for the shoes very good manager who is taking care of the reviews from clients ????????

Very bad experience. The brand is good, the collection is as good as the one in London. But the staff there is very rude, no manners, not welcoming the customer at all. Seems visiting the store is an interrupt. They don't answer you, don't do greetings, don't say hi.

When they go on sale some of their items mysteriously disappear from display. Reasonable prices, lots of options.
