Hi there is one suggestion about the Mall pass counter...
Normally there is a big queue more than 20 mtrs long often... with 2 pass counter.
And peoples have to wait more than hours...
Please find a solution for this process and make it ease.

Waited for like one hour to meet someone from the Mall Management office to collect cheques… and I informed the concerned person before coming… I mean at least have the courtesy of informing me that it will take time… time is value and I wasted mine here I won’t be getting my hours back…

Suman who is from TransGuard and scheduled to work in Dubai mall Fountain entrance at 19:15 on 12th January 2023 is super rude, he doesn’t have customer service skill, he doesn’t listen others. He needs to be trained well by TransGuard management. This things happened trice not only with me but with others as well. Thanks for your action and attention to staff attitude

Every Single day have here issue with mall security Office while we taking the Security pass . Ordinary labor and workers long time stay in Queue for taking pass . Only one security officer for three cabin. Not good

Very bad rules.. for staff their not allowed to closs the outlet for Friday jumua.. if there is one stor all muslim staff.. how they can pray jumua.. and also covid distance very strict inside the masjid ok its mandatory.. but the food and another section not like this.. ????????
