Disgusting system. Waited one hour to buy 2 shoes. 30 minutes system was not working and 30 waited for tax free. And still waiting they didn’t give me i left. They don’t have internet in the shop they have old phones . Selling expensive shoes but doesn’t want to spend money to put good intentions in the shop . Anyways i will not buy again here . I don’t want to wait again hours

Most recent job didn't happen. But decided to still review, as quite recently also used them for young daughter & Co. to and from Gatwick (early hours). Wanted an established, reliable and trustworthy service, and that's exactly what I got. Bang on time both ways, no hitches whatsoever and all done at a reasonable price.

Terrible service.
I was told the taxi would be 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and no contact. I called the office and was told the driver had a puncture and would be another 10 minutes. Another 40 minutes and the taxi driver arrived. The driver was good and offered a great service, but did however mention that the operator had used the same puncture excuse the day before. Hopefully after this review he won’t be able to use it again.

I reserved Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis car ride to Bristol at 5:00 am. The driver arrived exactly on time. The car was immaculately clean inside and out. The driver was courteous and amiable and a smooth, careful driver. I LIKE the feature where you can see where your driver is as he’s arriving - very reassuring. I would definitely use this service again.

I am a 3-months pregnant lady and had to go to the hospital for routine checkups. In absence of my husband I booked a ride with Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis and found it quite helpful. The things I liked about Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis are promptness, cleanness of the car, and politeness of the driver. Definitely recommend it.

I had a great experience with Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis. They were on time, had clean vehicles, and were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There were 3 of us on a business tour, so I ordered Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis and they did not disappoint. They picked us up on time from Manchester airport. I also like the feature that allows a 4-digit pin to confirm the ride, it made me feel more secure.

Not knowing what to expect in my new small town I was a bit apprehensive to call Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis. I was pleasantly surprised. My driver Paul was here within minutes in a nice clean car and was very friendly and pleasant. I am very pleased to know I can depend on them for future needs.

I love that it lets you know who is enroute, name, pic, car, and registration. You can even follow their progress while they're on their way. Great experience so far!

I used Lakeside & Purfleet Taxis again to reach Stansted Airport very early in the
morning. My experience was fantastic! Communication was spotless throughout and my
driver arrived at the exact pickup point early. He was very courteous and kind. Thank you
for your services. I'll be back soon! Recommended! ????
