Amazing service and beautiful hotel. All of the staff are so helpful and their attention to detail is exceptional. Food is tasty, with a good variety, and service is impeccable. Service are kind and nice and sometimes put a smile in your face with jokes, and the beach is included with service. The lights, the designs and the little details make you feel like your are in heaven. Would definitely recommend to everyone who want luxury and relaxing holidays.

We had high tea ????, it was over priced. I didnt like the selection of the afternoon tea menu. It was not tasty nor fantastic. Wasn't appealing either. The service was very poor as it took them more than 20 mins to get me cappuccino! Its also very weird to be struggle with flies in the lobby! The color of the furniture is very harmful to the eye and unpleasant to look at. Very disturbing and doesn't look fancy either. The table they had to place the tray was overly crowded and the lady was not smart enough to fix it. We had to tell her that it is very disturbing to have all these things on the table! I had many afternoon tea experience in different hotels, I can tell this one is not a five star, its barely can get two stars. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great place, great memories for my wife's birthday celebration. From the check in to check out all is perfect. Special thanks to Nastia who welcomed us with big smile. Truly a wonderful place to stay in.

I didn't lodge here, I came close to the building for boat cruise and got carried away by the view from outside. I can imagine how beautiful this hotel is on the inside.

Used to be one of my favourite hotels and pools in Dubai, especially at sunset, overlooking the stunning waterfront view…
Now it’s absolutely riddled with rubbish down there and thousands of people each day catching their party boats.
It’s so off brand and off putting to be honest, completely cheapens the whole vibe.

I really hope the party boat business moves and gives Versace and its patrons it’s waterfront back :(

We went there for a pool day. The complex is quite nice, but somehow I had imagined it to be "more Versace". What was unfortunately not nice, the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. A question about the way was answered annoyed with a roll of the eyes. The request to open the umbrella also seemed below the dignity of the gentleman at the pool. Nobody asked if we would like to order something to drink etc. Seen it once - thank you.

Room was a dream. A very comfortable bed. Room and balcony was very spacious and such a great experience
Spotless. Very clean as if brand new
Staff were great, in particular Abhinav and Kuljeet. Great customer service

I enjoyed staying at Plazzo Versace the place was quite and the service was amazing, they gave us a very good price for the family room.. I just hope they change the TV system because we couldn't watch TV.. The breakfast was amazing.. the Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby was amazing.. I encourage everyone to try them :).. coming back for sure
