Perfect serving: perfectly white tablecloths, ornamented plates. This symbolically indicates the focus on the quality and freshness of the product, on the simplicity and pure taste of the dishes. Great options of food. Tried Eggplant with parmesan cheese, sea bass and dessert. Everything were great✨

The restaurant is one of the top in the town. I felt it when I have just entered. The staff is very professional and attentive. Our host Mr.Prasana was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for taking care of us that evening. We also were very glad to meet the chef Luca and get recommendations for the menu. The food was so delicious and juicy, I loved mushroom Risotto a lot, as well as burrata for our starters.The ambience of the place is very luxurious with beautiful Versace details. I could highly recommend this place if you would like to find yourself in Italy for moment. Great experience!

The moment I was seated, I was greeted by a knowledgeable and passionate waiter who guided me through the menu, sharing insightful recommendations and answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm.

Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish that graced my table was a true masterpiece. The menu featured a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, each prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. The flavors were vibrant and the ingredients were of the highest quality, resulting in a culinary experience that was nothing short of exceptional.

Excellent Italian restaurant at the Palazzo Versace hotel. perfect place for a romantic dinner) nice atmosphere and top notch cuisine! I recommend everyone to visit this.

Such a fancy place to enjoy a nice evening. Very lovely presentation and food was delicious. Service was immense and they have the best carpaccio , risotto and coffe HANDS DOWN. all recommendations

The garganelli were a bit too al dente, while the ragù al battuto di vitello had the rich and deep flavor that comes from slowly cooking meat. The pizza al carpaccio di manzo was good, the dough well risen, the carpaccio perfect and the scamorza cheese a nice surprise in the background. Lastly the tiramisu was made fresh in front of us. But the espresso should have been chilled as it contrasted with the cold mascarpone. Lastly I loved the green olives with fennel. Everything as it should be but nothing to wow about. Aniket's service was excellent.

Lunch for 2 at the Vanitas Palazzo Versace.

Of course the place looks luxury and outstanding. Unfortunately that’s all what it is. The food barely has any flavor. We had to wait quite long for the risotto which was creamy but the mozzarella taste was nowhere to found. When the plates were removed directly the pizza was on the table eventho I requested to have a little time before the pizza would arrive.

We had the pizza tartufo, a few slices of truffle was found on top but no truffle oil or any other flavors. It was quite tasteless.

Recommend to join the lobby cafe for their sweets and coffee but not for lunch at Vanitas.
