This is pt2 of Papa Roti the list never ends????
The drink was absolutely amazing. But the cake was quite sugary.
Love this cafe.
Probably going to make a pt3????

Came to DFC pappa roti and ordered 5 buns and 2 drinks .

The buns were not fully risen and the base chewy. Informed the staff they said that’s how it is !!!! Unbelieveable , the guy behind the counter Aseer was unsympathetic and didn’t even come out to see the food he had served saying its normal. The bun base was chewy as it was not cooked properly and it was half the usually height. I showed him a photo on the wall and there was no comment. The lady staff were quick to act and took away the poorly made buns , and said they will make new. I asked them to give 1 so I can see if it’s made properly. They took 18 minutes to serve it by which time coffee and tea went cold.

Terrible experience at festival city , will not visit again.
Maybe the their oven is broken. But make staff arrogance is unbelievable!!

Do try their dubai mall or MCC branches to experience their premium product and excellent customer service even at the most busiest of times

My aunt talked about this coffee shop continuously that we just had to go and try it

And they surely didn’t disappoint in both the visual and taste
Now it’s me who’ll continuously recommend it to people

Went with my family and they served us the worst buns we ever had. It was not cooked and flat. When I asked why is it so bad the lady said we are busy and not much time to cook ???? . I asked if they had a manager to complain and she said we don’t have manager. The branch in Mirdif city centre 100 times better place to be. The service and quality there is much better.

We ordered two original buns to go. They weren't bad but weren't as good as it used to be in term of freshness

Its so good to have Pappa Roti in most malls. Sometimes, while shopping, you need a good tea and I love this location of Pappa Roti, as I’m always in festival city. The buns are super delicious and great for sharing. I always have the Nutella Hazelnut one and its so good. Hard to finish so definitely share it with someone.

One of the best places to have traditional tea with milk and variety of flavours in tea with cardemon and ginger in Dubai. Their bun available is so soft and juicy from inside i.e. filled with butter. Singnature tea has various option from Indian continent i.e. Assam tea, masala chai and many more. No waiting time and generally lot of available place to sit. Good place for a quick bite inbetween your shopping to get indulged into aroma of freahly made tea.

Decent coffee nice selection of coffee buns. Nothing for kids here though. Good service and not busy so you feel comfortable
