Wasn’t very busy during dinner. Service staff is great and wait time for getting a table and receiving food was quick. Big portions pizza was great and pastas were just fine due to being a bit on the heavier side. Nothing great about Tiramisu and brownie was just fine. Over all a decent dinner if you don’t mind spending some extra $

Just had my birthday celebration in Carluccio’s. Loved the food,specially the trimsue and chicken millanese.
The guy Moustafa is so nice and helpful.He guided us through the menu,and kept discussing football with my younger isolated once he found out that he loves Ramos.Would recommend family and friends to go there.

Love there food and always love to spend time there
I celebrated my birthday there today as they have a great offer of a birthday menu (a free 3 coarse meal if you spend 100 dirham)
All you need to do is to go there during your birth month with your emirates ID and you can avail the offer

Overrated.
For starters we had mushroom soup with their traditional bread. The soup is 2/10 and the bread 5/10 (oily too)
The pizza is just ok but the size is generous.

The food is amazing and so is the staff, they will do everything to accommodate your requirements... If you do not know what to order, just ask your server and they will try and help you get the best of Food.

Got a set birthday dinner offer from the restaurant (wc was very thoroughful) went there with my partner but the other person must order above 100 AED for you to avail the bday treat.. It was a good experience. Staff were attentive and helpful, food was bang on time and tasty.. Courses were served at the same time, freshly made.. The ambiance n decor were great.. I will definitely revisit just to try other menu items.

I’m not a fan of “ chain” restaurants but I decided to try “ Carluccio’s” because it’s nearby my home. And honestly it was a positive surprise for me. We took a set menu for 109aed , 3 courses. For appetiser we choose fried calamari and bruschetta, both really good. For mains : Tagliatelle bolognese ( it was ok, but I’m not a fan) and chicken Milanese ( that was amazing ) for dessert : panna cotta and babà, it was really delicious !! It’s a place for families so you can expect a lot of kids.

I had already been to this restaurant a few years ago and the experience hadn't been the best, today I returned and I think I have definitively decided not to go back ever again.
We ordered 3 appetizers, a soup and a margherita pizza.
They served us 2 appetizers and the soup at the same time and after 10 minutes the last appetizer and the pizza always at the same time ????????u200d♀️We ordered 2 identical appetizers but one was more abundant and varied than the other. The soup was nothing short of terrible in both looks and taste, hospital food in comparison is gourmet food. The fried calamari was so chewy it took 10 minutes to chew per squid and the pizza was worse than a frozen pizza. We wanted to eat outside but the conditions of tables and sofas and chairs are so disgusting that we were forced to choose a table inside. We asked for the bill and got it after 10 minutes, the person who charged us swiped our credit card and left without a word and without even handing us the receipt. In general it seemed that the employees had no idea what they were doing, they kept going around the tables without getting anything done, and as we were leaving we witnessed more complaints from customers who unfortunately had the same impression as us.
We had:
- 2 fritto misto(which you see in the photo)
-1 disgusting soup
-1 calamari fritti
-1 Margherita pizza
-1 still water
260 Aed
I strongly advise you not to go there.
