I Did some funds exchange and transfer today at around 12:45 pm and the customer service was so pathetic, the lady serving me instead of giving me my recipe gently she made it fly over the counter without even apologizing, I looked at her waiting for apologies but it was all in vain. I know it can be difficult to hear criticism, but it's important to try to take it on board.

A simple 500 dirhams transfer from Dubai to Ras al Khaimah. 6 days now and the receiver can’t get his money they keep telling him it’s stuck in Orient exchange. Two times it happened with me now.
I will never ever deal with Orient exchange again

I am trying to send money though transfat transfer but I feel like girls there they trying make excuses to used they own product Express transfer, before I like and used to send here but now I didn't feel comfortable and they are trying playing with rate currency. Saying different offer the phone. Hopefully they can more care about they customer if they wont to lose them. Thanks
