We stayed at Grand Mecure Hotel and had breakfast everyday during our stay at the Walima Restraunt. The buffet breakfast had a great range of food choices. The atmosphere and the service was good. All the staff members are hard-working and provide superior quality service, especially Ahmed and Abdham ????

It was indeed crowded on a Sunday iftar...
1)There wasn't a large spread ..very less starters .
2)I don't see value for money ..with such a small Spread
3)The kababs were the highlights...but was always empty at the counter . Lot of people waiting for 15 to 20 minutes to get it refilled (pics attached)
4) Could be due to the crowd even for the mutton biriyani ran out of mutton
5)If the restaurant was running full they should have anticipated the requirement and looked into the mater of refilling.
6)Even through the tough situation..The restaurant manager Mr.Ali tried his best to keep us happy.But it finally comes to what has to be delivered.
7)No lamb Ozi or live counters
8)Great Ambience
9) Over all the experience was not that great as expected

The Grand Mercure is an elegant hotel with amazing spots everywhere.Al Wallima restaurant was really so clean , tranquil and beautiful.
The variety of food ,appetisers and desserts made our experience an exceptional one .
The utmost joy was the cup of cappuccino that concluded my meal with its special aroma.
Frankly speaking what made the place so attractive was the friendly professional attitude of the staff.A huge thank you goes to Moh.Alsafty ,Alyssa, Chaw, Nabeel and Ali Khalil

Great place, food is amazing. We went for a set menu. Mrs Hanane at the front desk was really helpful she gave a great seat with good views. The chef was kind enough to add Hummos. Mohammad also took care of the service and added brown bread.
The food tastes delicious and the quality is great.

Went for Iftar buffet(149dhs).
Enttnr coupon used ok.

I was already at the Ibis, right next to this hotel so made a walk-in booking a few hours before iftar starts.

It was not a huge buffet, but I surely had enough menu options that I like to have from mezze to fruits/ desserts.

Lamb ouzi was so tasty, too!

I honestly prefer this medium-sized buffet with good quality food to the big buffet with not much of taste.

Staffs including Alyssa at the counter were also nice and attentive.
All the servers are super hard working.

Live oud music also set up a nice atmosphere!

* Tips: Even though it says buffet timing until 10:00, after 8:30 most of food were gone.

Besides, popular menus finishes fast and not replenished so it's better to grab some of options to your table in advance.

Food was alright but Expensive
The meat was dry and a little portion broccoli soup tasted amazing

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Grand Mercure Dubai Airport. We went to on of their restaurant named as MIZMAH EMIRATI RESTAURANT. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The staff we interacted her name is Hanane, who was amazing and helped us to decide the food from the menu, and even though, we were late and they were about to close, but welcomed us whole heartedly and didn't hesitate to take the food order. The food was absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Dubai. Highly recommend!

Very authentic Iftar experience at this restaurant located at the Grand Mercure Dubaï. Extensive buffet with mouthwatering international dishes. Excellent service from Firdous and great site inspection of the facilities by their Marketing Director Sirine. Highly recommended

Badly designed car park with good intentions I suppose. The exit signs are not clear or well placed. Made a few laps to understand I was just looping around this concrete maze. And on this occasion two members of the staff were standing at the top level to tell drivers that the car park was full. Standing on the first level to have that info would be much better appreciated.

Expensive. Still feel parking cost at a hospital is extortion. No choice. Desperate time, don’t care, you pay anyway. Wonder what happens if someone goes there. Then dies. Does the car get tickets, towed, sold to pay balance. Probably.

Constantly queues to get into the car park and there’s never anywhere to park.

The exit at the bottom of the car park was blocked off there were no signs to indicate where else to leave

Loads of repair work going on and the entrance is on a v v steep incline and you have to reach for a token as well! V confusing as to where the pay points are as well!!

Entrance for cars is too steep, no clear markings to what level you are on or in what direction the car park goes. Too small for how busy the hospital is too.

It's a car park...what is there to tell! You enter via a token system, you park in a narrow dark space, you visit the hospital and then take out a second mortgage to pay to exit!
