I've been in the store for buying some underwear. Amazing sale assistance by the staff, I truly found what I was searching for. I will come back for sure!

I have purchased underwear and other clothing Items for over AED 3,000. 6 months later the underwear i bought started falling apart with the elastic ripping appart except for one or two models i had purchased. Today i came to the shop to complain and had shown them a sample of the fallen apart underwear and mentioned to them that i have a couple more of them that are worn out keeping in mind i wash my underwear by hand. After asking the Sales person for a solution, their answer was ‘without a receipt’ they can’t do anything. I asked to give my credentials to check on the system but none of the sales people were neither helpful nor trying to provide a solution. This is the LAST TIME I BUY THIS BRAND. I do not recommend buying this brand to anyone if you are after quality as the quality is awful. The branch in Marina has very poor after sales service people. The lady in charge gave me a really bad attitude and was not at all interested.

Enseigne pas très sérieuse.
J’ai choisi deux articles qui étaient sur un portant qui affiché -70 % la vendeuse me confirme à deux reprises que les articles sont bien à -70 % je décide donc de les prendre. De plus mon mari A pris deux T-shirts qui était affiché à -50 % lorsque nous sommes passés à la caisse Et seulement après paiement nous avons remarqué que certains articles ne sont pas passés avec les bonnes promotions.
Lorsque nous avons remarqué l’erreur nous sommes partis voir les vendeuses qui n’était pas de très bonne fois car pour mes articles à -70 % celle-ci me répond que non finalement c’est -50% que les Arcticles n’étaient pas rangé au bon endroit alors que tous les Arcticles similaire au miens étaient rangé sur le même portant, ainsi que les articles de mon mari. Lorsque je demande un remboursement puisque je n’ai pas payé le prix affiché elles me disent Qu’il n’y a pas de remboursement possible mais juste un échange alors que la faute ne vient pas de nous mais de leurs part.
Déçu de mon passage dans ce nouveau magasin.
