The food was good but the staff looks so board and the tables were not clean

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Worse customer service given by the staff named Ahmed and the supervisor Shekhar. We visited the pizza hut in motor city around by 10:30pm yesterday and by looking at the store we thought its already closed as only the dim lights were switched on.
However, my husband, myself and our family friend with their 2 year daughter we had ordered for a 2 limousine boxes and added garlic bread and chicken wings to it. After which we chose the toad side view table and then the staff named Ahmed came and told us not to use the road side view tables as he had already cleaned. Then we had seen the working hours of the store is mentioned as 10am-3am. I truly don’t understand why does the staff choose the table for the customer while they there were no other customers in the store when we entered and all the tables were empty.
However, with the 2 year old child we were not comfortable seating at the wall side and we ordered also two big boxes of pizza and the table was not enough to place those 2 boxes. Therefore. we had to shift to the big table which is the road side view table. Order was taken by Shekhar and the food was served by Ahmed with no ketchup , no plates, no paper tissues and no cutlery spoons. I had to get up in the middle of my meal and had to collect these from the counter and get it to the table. Is this the customer service you provide ?? The customer has to get up and collect these from the counter ??? Really???? So disappointed… The worse customer service ever. The other pizza stores like papa johns, domino’s etc. they value the customer while pizza hut with the presence of a supervisor customer is served with a very bad and a negative gestures. We live in sports city and always order for home delivery through the app and now finally decided no more orders or visits to the pizza hut. Having staff like Shekhar and Ahmed filled with bad and negative attitudes truly we don’t think so you can run a good business. Provide them with some customer service training might help them to grow from worse to atleast better.

The pizzas were great but the restaurant was very dirty ,the tables chairs sofas were sticky and oily ,i dont speak about the floor ????
food point is 4 , cleanliness and staff point 1

The place was nice and decent. We had a limo pack and it was more than enough for 4 of us. All in all a great experience.

Late night cravings is what brings me to Pizza Hut late night! Staff face was mad and not sure why but food was great for value. Chairs and tables were oily but wiped it using my own wet wipes.

This is one of the worst pizza hut, it's pretty empty and still the customer service is so bad, they seems to be angry on us with every request we were making. While ordering, they didn't even ask any specific details and we had to force them to add the specifics to the order.

Try a different branch, ignore this

I ordered 2 medium pizza through careem app but the I didn’t receive the order after 1 hour, they told me when I called Pizza Hut that they didn’t receive order from Careem, very rude and unprofessional and such a big chain must train the customer service how to behave and to take actions.
