They treat you very well here, i get gifts for my girl from here, and the white baldish dude is always on point, i recommend this place

Lovely store. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. They offered coffee and chocolates while helping me pick a gift for my friend's birthday. Outstanding packaging. Will definitely recommend and come back.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING COSTUMER SERVICE. The sales guy (dark curly hair, short, probably middle eastern) appeared very uninterested in entertaining us. He was even on his AirPods on a phone call. He didn’t even look at me when asking about the product. Anti-Discrimination should be part of your training. He even seemed annoyed that I was asking for proper packaging and was trying to argue with me because I was hinting that he was not providing basic proper service. For an established brand like Jo Malone, I would expect better training and choosing qualified sales staff to represent your company. One word to describe my experience - DISAPPOINTING!

The worst customer service ever.
I ended up returning all my products after arguing about the refund process.
The staff even lied to me the refund is not possible.
As soon as i walked in he recommended only expensive products when i mentioned about the budget already.
When i finally choose something that is within my budget he started to be really unfriendly.
His name starts with B.
I couldnt really understand his name.
If ever jo malone's management wathes this Please train your staff with some manners.
I have never left a comment for something like this.
I am so mad about how they treat customers .
I will never go back to the store again.

Abby and Khorshid assisted me, they were so prompt, friendly and professional. I thought I didn't like Jo Malone but abby changed my mind, found the right scents for me and gave me the nicest hand and arm massage. Such a pleasant experience!
