Customer services is rubbish sent me bikini bottoms with a broken chain asked if they could send new chain but nope have to send them back,I'm in dubai took 6 days to arrive by time iv sent em recieved new ones il b back in uk...completely useless won't b using again

What happened to River Island Moe??!! When did it turn into a Friday market? Horrible staff kept following me from one corner to another trying to sell me and when after multiple times I asked them to give me space, their boss started lecturing them out loud. River Island used to be one of my favorite places but the shopping experience is now unbearable

Awful staff. Followed my mom, sister and i constantly when we didn’t need help. Really racist staff i think they were nepali or indian something of that area. Never entering a shop or buying something from river island. First time i had an experience like that…

Staff very rude especially Justin nd arjun, they don't know how to redeem points, they redeemed my points and refused to give my purchase. Tried calling the store but no one answers.

First time visit - was served by staff Meseret i was very impressed with her accuracy on my size. This being my 7th shop visit in MOE in search of my size business attire uk 18/20 - the fit in here and the colors was all accurate and so happy. Thank you River island and will certainly visit again soon.

Shocking to see the Nepali staff discussing customers in Nepali. Not correct pr skills
Then you have a young man approach me and ask me where is my wife. How rude that is?
And if customers take a long time to try out clothes they should not make an issue out of it.
Finally, the supervisor of the store approached me several times to ask me if I needed assistance to which I explained to her that I didn't and stop harassing me. She turns around and said that I was harassing her. Wow! Talk about rudeness and cheekiness on her path.
Last time I'll visit this shop. The sales person who patiently helped my daughter try out her clothes need a special shout out. And BTW we spent 5000 on the shop so the Supervisor needs to take serious cognizance of her snide remarks and behaviour

I was lucky, they had a buy one get one free promo on selected items. Meanwhile they are at almost every major mall in Dubai. Their products are affordable and quality has been undoubtedly better than some other more expensive brands. For now I'm team RI.

I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful hospital. 1 hip and 2 knees replaced over 2 years and I couldn't have got looked after better in any private hospital. All the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make me feel less nervous and much more relaxed. First class job by all. Thank you very much.

Exceptional care when l came in with a fractured ankle after falling on black ice. (On 20th Jan 2023) I am 77 years of age so strength in my arms not good. To get me out of car my husband was able to borrow a wheelchair. After x-ray l was put in a plaster.
I was found a walking frame rather than crutches. So once again a huge thank you to all of you from the moment l arrived. Gilly

I visted the Knee Clinic yesterday. It was very helpful and all my questions were answered. The exercises were very good. It was useful being able to share experiences with people who had had the same procedure a knee/partial replacement.
The Physio was patient, helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend going to this class.

Really lovely staff. I visited today for an iron infusion and was greeted by Jo and Karen who would look after me, whilst I was there. I was given details about what to expect, how long I'd be there and made to feel like I was a human being and not one in one out. Comfy chair in my own private room, cup of tea and a television to watch. To most that doesn't look like a lot but I've been to many hospitals in my life and not had this level of help.

My husband had a fall and we returned to the hospital for X-rays - the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - in particular Nurse Selina who was extremely professional and explained everything very carefully even calling us at home with various results - well done to all.

Sadly my experience of Shepton Mallet community hospital today was very poor. I was left sitting in my car outside for over two hours because I was asked to do so because I was told to self isolate last week even though my advanced test results were negative and I did three lateral flow tests through out the week and did one 30 min before I visited the hospital. I had to go because I have an eye infection that was making my eye very painful and a lump in the inside of my eyelid. I was waiting in my car with the windows closed with a temperature of over 28°. After sitting in my car for over two hours I decided to go in to reception who didn't even know that I was waiting although there was only one other patient in the outpatients. Obviously I was upset because I was severely dehydrated and couldn't understand how they didn't even realise that I was waiting outside even though that's what they asked me to do. When I rang the hospital initially I explained the situation to the nurse that I didn't have Covid but I had I an infection and they were happy to see me and I was told just to sit in my car and wait and wait and wait and wait. On other occasions when I have been to Shepton Mallet community hospital I have found their service to be very professional and excellent but on this occasion they really did let me down. Very disappointed that the nurse in charge of the casualty today did not do her job properly. I am pretty disgusted really. I do hope that the hospital managers read this to make sure that this sort of thing does not happen again.
