Very friendly staff, but may be the worst coffee I’ve had ever had in Dubai. They serve Starbucks coffee, however, it is prepared very poorly. The coffee is very burnt! Take my warning.

They do serve muffins, wraps, and little hot dishes. So you can grab a late lunch here and it’s affordable too. I believe there’s one or two vegetarian options, but no vegan options.

The reception staff were very friendly, the waiting room is spacious and clean. There doesn't seem to be long waiting times for the appointments when I have attended for spinal clinic and physiotherapy.
The car parking was free for disabled blue badge holders and there were plenty of spaces

Visited the hospital for an X-ray. Very pleasant Receptionist. Called in to the X-ray dept ahead of my appointment. Met by a very nice young man who explained clearly what was going to happen. Very helpful gentleman carrying out the X-rays. Results available on my Drs surgery app within two days. 5* service throughout. Thank you

Clean and tidy, welcoming layout, friendly team.

You will need to pay to park, the working machine is outside the outpatients entrance. £2.20 for 2 hours. Coins only.

Whether it's enforced I have no idea.

Caroline in physio is such a fantastic caring person. Always helpful always calming ( which is needed sometimes as I have to visit hospital a lot and it can get me down ) so thank you to all the staff for everything you do x, ❤️❤️

Great place to do Physiotherapy. Lots of parking spaces for wheelchair Accessible and those who don't need this. Ticket machine has a sign saying its free parking as machine isn't working. Good choice of helpful physios and waiting room is quite spacious with lots of seating space. Quite bright and airy, some might find chilly so bring a jumper just in case. Water machine has room temp/cold water choice which I found helpful. Toilets block were clean and smelt clean as well. Good housekeeping which I think is always a mark of a serious hospital. Not complicated to get to and you can drive to East London from there in about 2 hrs 20mins in good light in off peak, with normal road traffic conditions.

On February 4th 2022 I had a cataract removed in my left eye at the Royal Bournemouth Eye Unit. My experience from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone I came into contact with was kind, reassuring and patient. They all took pride in their work, and even though masks covered their mouths, their eyes were smiling. I was quite nervous when I got there but I needn’t have been. Even through the procedure a nurse held my hand, and the Doctor talked to me and kept me informed right up until it was over. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience, and truly appreciate the NHS workers, thank you .
