We booked at Rove Downtown for a short trip to Dubai primarily due to the proximity of the Dubai Mall and accessibility to other attractions. It was such a convenience especially if traveling with kids. The guest services and staff are extremely friendly and courteous and always available for any help. Any call to the front desk was responded at the door step within minutes. Rainy at the concierge service was very helpful with blocking our reservations for the attractions.

Placcida at the front desk was helpful with answering our calls with any questions and sending help right away.

There is always a Taxi waiting at the doorstep for a quick hop on and off.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at Rove Downtown and made it a memorable trip to Dubai.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, and wonderful facilities for kids and family. The hotel is crowded, and it is not recommended for young couples. The TV is not smart and hardly connect to devices. Nonetheless, there are free of charges iMac on the Lobby that serve many purposes.

Rove Hotel made our stay a memorable one. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the view from my rooms. It was priceless! The entire staff, especially Ricca, was so accommodating and loved the happy vibe of the hotel. Will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Near Dubai mall. The service is exceptional, and while the rooms may be a bit small, they have everything you need for a quick stay. Whether you're traveling with family or on your own, you'll find plenty of things to do and enjoy here.

Rove downtown is one of the best hotels in Dubai. Rooms are clean. Location is great. Staff members are very friendly, especially Sara.
She is very professional and helpful. Customers needs are always her top priority. We are very happy about our stay, and Thank you Sara!

Service staff were all super nice. Each and everyone that was on duty from my check-in to check-out and met throughout our stay made us feel welcomed. They ensured that our stay was as comfortable as it should be. The rooms were adequate for a good sleep. Location was pretty convenient and near to Dubai Mall.
