Scammers!!
I was buying a set diamond stud earrings... they made me pay 1st ...then gave me afterwards a receipt...and the diamond certificate!!
When i went home ...i found out the certificates were for LAB GROWN diamonds!!! Not real diamonds!!
The receipt didn't mention it was lab grown..or the sales man ...!!!
They scammed me totally
I will go back gor a refund!!

They are scammers! Astugfurullah! I went in with my diamond ring as one diamond was missing and they said they will replace for me. But when I got it back the next day, the ring was bent on 2 places and they has not only put in the missing diamond but had replaced 3 others! For what reason? The rest of the diamonds were fine! Now you can clearly see from the shine and colour. May allah condemn all the fraudulent people that have wronged me!

MOE BRANCH- I paid for my ring to be repaired and resized. My ring was repaired by not resized. They said they would add a gold to resize it and had to pay extra for it. It was not an honest workmanship

Not merit 1 star… I can’t believe this shop can install at the mall of Emirates and the brand cheat tourists without any limits. It’s just scammer. How the regulation allows this brand continue to cheat?
The precious stone is not certified and the sales person mislead you before the payment by declaring the stone is certified. After the payment, he told you there is no certificate, it’s brand certified stone…. treating tricks. The quality is poor for every article including gold product. And it’s highly overpriced!!!

Don’t trust on their cash back policy, it’s scammer, when you decide to lost 30% total amount in order to get refund, they will tell you that it requires further approval….

The best is NOT GO INTO THIS STORE !

Please avoid buying from this brand. 3 reasons: they have found ways to cut costs e.g. create hollows, empty gold tubes, use low quality/synthetic gems, thus their products are often of a lesser quality and value.
2nd reason: their price tag is high considering what you get, for example a 22k gold bracelet of 7g will have a price tag of 3k AED, then they say there is a 20% reduction but that’s still around 340 AED/g for 22k gold, considering that the market price is around 200 AED/g, and other brands don’t add such a high manufacturing cost.
3rd reason: once you’ve paid the money, it’s impossible to get the money out, you can only lose. On their policy, they already say that from the first day of purchase, you can only get a 70% refund. Then they also apply a red stamp on your purchase invoice saying “no cash refund”. Thus when you ask for a refund, first they will tell you that there is no refund, because you have signed the invoice where there is the stamp “no cash refund “ although on the back of the invoice, the policy states that there is a 70% refund.
Then they will tell you that they only do exchange. So you take a look in the shop and you notice that the items are too expensive and don’t worth that money. Then you can in fact insist that you accept to lose 30% of you money and do the refund. And they will tell you that in fact the refund is not guaranteed, they will first request the parent company and tell you if the 70% refund is possible, because the company has changed their policy.
Thus in the end, if you want to resolve the situa quickly, you have to accept to exchange for a product that does not worth the price, like a 22k gold bracelet of 7g that costs 340 AED/g while the market price is 200 AED/g, or a mediocre 0.4 carat diamond that has a price tag of 6600 AED, while the market price for a 0.5 carat diamond is around 5000AED.
So please just walk away from this brand, there are lots of better and honest brands in Dubai. Dont fall into the trap and lose time & money with Pure Gold. BTW, they dont have any pure gold products e.g. a simple gold bar, thus you are destined to lose money with their sky high “manufacturing cost”

This company are big cheaters! Two years ago I bought a set from them because they weee saying that they offer 80% cashback on any of their items anytime. That time, didn’t have my ring size and they sent it to make it smaller. So, the ring became less gramms but they did not reduce their price! They sold it to me for the same price! So they basically cheat me.

Now, I wanted to get the cashback as promised but when I went to their shop they said that they change they policy and not all I can do is to only exchange my items and also they said that my ring is smaller now. I said, well, yes! Because you resized it by yourself but you charged me the same amount of money ! Now their customer service doesn’t reply to me anymore…

I lost any desire to buy anything ever again from them … because I feel cheated … and I would never recommend anyone to … there are many better gold shops out there, choose another one. This people are thiefs

I am very happy with their service. Manelyn has been a super star assisting me with redesigning both of my rings. She made sure that I was completely happy with it and assisted me throughout the process. Price wise they are probably more expensive than most but in this instance I am happy I did to as I got what I paid for.

OMG. I never thought that in UAE exists fraud at this level. I should reported to police but we didn't want more problems. We went just to clean a gold chain. 3 Egyptian guys in the store they asked for 300 Aed cash payment. I told them is too much just for a cleaning. They said if I want card is 350. Extremly intimidating staff. I paid 200 Aed in cash and went out. One of the staff followed us very angry and shouting with foam on his mouth asking for the copy of a manual recipt he gave me when I left the chain. When I refused to give he became verbally aggressive. We just gave the paper and left. I hope someone from management reads all these negative reviews and takes actions. This is unbelievable.

First-rate service and always seem to be able to supply a strange washer or joint. Used for over 20 years for DIY plumbing and bathroom refits undertaken by a professional. The pricing is very keen and for our last bathroom refit they supplied everything except the tiles.
