I bought many items one of them was a 2-seat recliner once we set on it there was something wrong but we didn’t take it under consideration. After one week we travelled for 2 months. Then we came back tried to extend the recliner, but it took too much to response. After few times we found that it was broken inside. We called the customer service for the home center, 8 of 9 times for 5 days. Waiting a lot and hearing all commercials then someone answered the phone say(hello this is home center how can I help you and hang up the phone.
I went to Home Center Mall of the Emirates and I insisted to talk to the manager. 3 customers having problems queued before me. Waited for TOO MUCH AGAIN.
I explained to Prapijatih (the manager). He listened and raised a complaint.
After 5 of 6 days they came and took one part of the recliner. To check it. After another 5 days they returned it back with the same previous situation, without fixing it.
I am very disappointed. They continue dealing with our follow up like nothing, no response and they refused to change it or even fix it even it’s under warranty.
Call center problems and unmanaged. unprofessional customer services.
How a big name like Home center loosing more and more customers.

Bought a wardrobe, it was assembled by a team of incompetent technicians, doors were misaligned and multiple extra holes were drilled during assembly. After we put our clothes inside the lower support broke and the rod bent. The quality is terrible and the wardrobe now is leaning so much we are afraid is going to tip over and fall on us.
After calling their customer service they sent another team of technicians to evaluate the situation while I requested for a return and refund. It’s been 4 days and we had no update, the call center told me the manager will call me but never did. Now they won’t pick up the phone. Terrible quality and even worse customer service.

After so many follows ups and messages, I was assured by the supervisor that I will receive a call this evening to confirm the delivery time for tomorrow. No news yet!! Are you going to blame this one as well as a system error?? Pathetic service!!

Bought sofa 6 month ago for almost 5000aed, the fabric of the sofa is very low quality. After a month it is started appearing the lint on all sofa. Maintenance team took sofa a week ago still no one is trying to return it or replace. Had to call them many times, to check the update but no one knows.
For what is 2 years warranty the are giving when you buying furniture?????
