"I had a bad experience with this supermarket. I purchased eggs that turned out to be spoiled, and when I asked for a replacement, the staff refused to provide one. This is unacceptable customer service. As a customer, I expect to be able to exchange a defective product for a new one. I am disappointed that the supermarket did not honor this basic customer right. As a result, I cannot recommend this supermarket to others." My family been their customer around a year . Then when I asked for replacement for the product after the next day they’re asking for the plastic and giving lame excuses and adding upon that they had been lagging the response to my mother for 4 days and after that 4 th day he is still giving the same excuse and saying when I told I would place my complain in food department , they’re saying they can’t do anything challenging the legal system of the uae . They don’t even have an manager I guess when I asked them for a manager to speak he itself is being boss of the town ..

Update (2) From 2 stars to 5 stars

I am changing my rate again because this place have really improved
1- payment process
2- very good prices
3- my daughter likes the lazy cat that setting near the entrance :)
4- love the current staff and their friendly manner helping customers.

Ps. I was at Carrefour city land and I bought nothing from there because the prices very expensive, while Quick had variety of items with good prices, check my pictures for the fruits! Below 5 and 10 AED. Good job guys ????????????????

Update (1): I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars because last time they offered me the option of credit card payment though my order was below 10 AED. And I am glad if this will be allowed to customers whom doesn’t carry cash in a pandemic!

Not recommended to buy from them, at all. They delivered fresh produce in bad state, which made me call them to complain about the product then promised to change it. I made another call to follow up the item, said someone will come immediately, only to find out the replacement is also damaged. Poor customer service.

Quick supermarket is a affordable supermarket in Majan, having door delivery ,having variety of things groceries,households,chocolates,icecreams ,fish and lot more.They do have weekend deals and also sunday and monday deals.
Most of the things are available.quick delivery,wheel chair access.
Some of the weekend deals are not so good as the prices seems to be high and cannot be considered as a weekend deal..but some we get good deals and affordable prices with other nearest shops.
Very friendly staffs. There is an option to call or text the list of items we need and also app is also available.

This is how supermarkets cheat on saying special promotions view the expiry date. This is expired 2 months back and was kept as special promotion.
Absolutely unprofessional from the logistics & inventory depatment.
This will be reported to consumer health department right away.

Service is an art, respect above all.
Respect the queue on cash, 3 cash available only one operating.
Respect puting prices on all products, although it is usually more expensive than other groceries.
Respect customers with clean shelves, tidy merchandise.
Respect the building and avoid littering in the public areas, especially elevators.

The total experience matters, everyone can sell groceries. Staff training required.

Pretty useless supermarket. They have nothing you want to buy and will not allow you to purchase anything under 10dhs with a card. Is this dubai or is this fujairah? If you live in this area do not bother with this place. I recommend going to ZOOM which is 5mins away and MUCH BETTER
