Im staying A blok I just move one month and Plumbing dripping water and they want me to pay for this, Apartment management and company is so unprofessional ???? Not comfortable residence reaal just make u stress with everything

First of all the 5 Star Review to this building is given by its Partner. I wonder how desperate he was to give 5 star to his own property and acting as if no one would know.

I have lived a terrible 1 year in thus building while facing loud noise from every neighbour. The walls are so thin that you can hear moans and screams and shouting and songs at free of cost even at 3am. Many times police does come too to make such neighbours calm down. Also the real estate plays so well with you at the time of renewing the contract. They make sue they increase the rent by 15% by hook or crook. And they will play so well with Rera Index Calculator by showing this building exists as if it is Al Barari itself LMAO. Even when you try to downgrade your apartment from 2 to 1 bedroom, they will still charge you Agency fee (ofcourse they need money).

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID BUYING OR RENTING THIS PLACE!

One of best area to live ..with the noises of birds in the morning and almost everything available nrby now.

I was impressed at first but then once i have moved in i noticed that apartments are very close to each other and i can actually hear my neighbors talking at their balcony like they are sitting inside my apartment. Many residents are not considerate so you will hear people talking very loudly at 12 or 1 am and management does not do any thing although i have complained so if you are looking to enjoy some quite time at your own house , this is not the right place.
Also Balcony doors are not even slightly sound proof so you will also be disturbed with loud voice of people at the pool or children playing
Building cleaning is not good also i have a problem of ants going inside my apartment from under the door and they did nothing.
Stairs are never cleaned.

I stayed there for 2 years and when I wanted to move out the management asked me to pay a penalty of 3 months rent when because I notified them 82 days before my last day of contract (it should be 90+). It wasn't nice when they locked the lift and stopped me from moving out. Luckily the police allowed me to go after I complained. Beware when you give notice.

I wouldn't reccomend this building. Management deducting double maintenance fees when moving out (compare to the market cost), very noisy building and its out of construction that going opposite. There is no sound proof on the doors or windows, steam room locked from March.

Best place for family living , easy access , u can reach anywhere in dubai within 20minhtes ,friendly neighbourhood, good building management.
