High end contemporary Indian food in a cozy atmosphere. Tried the lamb leg which is a must, also the drinks are very tasty - tried the rang mahal drink - must have

Place is amazing with great interior and lucky if you get canal view . Food and drinks are great and well presented . Staff seems to be attentive but was a bit off for us . Portion size is decent .
Everything in menu looked worth a try. It looked as a go to place for any special occasion celebration .

I recently dined at Rang Mahal Located on the 4th floor of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and had the pleasure of trying their veg platter and Mango Kulfi dessert. It was a delightful culinary experience that left me thoroughly satisfied.

The veg platter at Rang Mahal was a true feast for the senses. It consisted of a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, each bursting with flavors and spices. Rang Mahal is an Indian restaurant located on the 4th floor of JW Marriot Marquis Hotel, Dubai. It offers wide variety of Indian cuisine, from traditional dishes to modern fusion creations. The food was amazing and the ambience was very good. Dubai canal on one side was very good view. Enjoyed their excellent food and their good services.

Today is our last night in Dubai and wanted to try something new restaurant though we had plenty of good restaurant options. When I checked in the Trip Advisor, it says Rang Mahal is the 2nd best option for the restaurants in Dubai. I will tell you these reviews are Insane. People who have given top reviews earlier must have had the best food at that time in Rang Mahal or they didn't have the best Indian food earlier. With the kind of ambience and seating capacity they have, this restaurant must be crowded all the time. They have the amazing dining place which I should accept it. And I'm happy with the service too, but most importantly why we were there for isn't up to the mark. Whoever is the chef, you are having the best facilities, top class ingredients to make the best Indian food in the world.

I usually take some time to give the review, but very first time giving the review immediately after walking out of the Restaurant.

Food - Quality is Good ⭐⭐⭐⭐, Quantity is adequate⭐⭐⭐. Taste is below par⭐.
Ambience - Top Class ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Service - They did their best⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pricing - High for the food they are Serving

I must say, the Supervisor and the Staff there took it positively and tried to reduce one item off the bill and gave 25% off the total bill. But you shouldn't be doing that if the food is top class just like your ambience and service. Try to produce the top quality food please.

Conclusion: If Rang Mahal is not under JW Marriot, it would have been closed long time ago.

N.B.: Please don't believe the reviews. There are plenty of restaurants that are providing top class food. If not top class at least tasty food based on the price they charge. Never try the biryanis here, you will lose interest in Biryanis.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. We went there for iftar and I was surprised at the attention to details and outstanding service.
They gave us the best table with the canal view.
The iftar menu was carefully crafted and absolutely delicious. I’d definitely go there again.
Dishes to try Rogan Josh, lamb & lentil soup and the pakoras.

Stunning visuals, scrumptious dishes and accommodating staff!

Rang Mahal has one of the best ambiences upon entering, and the dishes certainly did not dampen the expectations that are built up while entering.

The staff are also accommodating and fluid with regard to requests you make for the dishes.

Loved the pineapple chutney in the complimentary chips and dips given at the start.

Tried their festive season set menu, every single dish from the chaat to the dessert were excellent. It was filling as well, as the dessert could not be finished even though it was good.

Recommended: Butter Chicken
