Very rude. Very slow. Taking more then 24 hours to complete the transaction.
Try to other exchange and your money will transfer within 5 minutes to your family.
It was my first time I done a transaction to my home land and I was informed by rude person that it will take 24 hours. I prefered to every one do not try ever Redha Al Ansari Exc.

Very poor customer service from that arabic staff No proffesionalism when i ask rate he can't hear because he using earpod and enjoying His mentality is avoiding customers.iam sending money from different exchanges but this is the first experiense..iam not preferring this exchnage...I enquired this staff name to cashier he said Tharrik.????????Take customers with good manner

3 people staff on the floor and queue from the people abs only 1 counter is open . 15 min took me to exchange money …. Toooooo slow .
