It was offering the much better rate than the other exchange on 1st floor. Apparently you can ask for a slight better rate for certain currency. Service i thought was quite standard. Needing physical passport to transact u003e3,500AED. And there's a fee of AED3 per transaction.

I always like visiting this exchange in marina since their customer service is very very nice and they always serve me very well and for that I’d always recommend my friends anytime to visit the place. Big up to the staff.all of them deserve a pay rise.

Firstly, their exchange rates for Eur-Aed are robbery. They buy EUR at 3.56 when the official exchange rate is 4.06. Sadly they don't inform customers receiving WU transfers that they can only receive in AED, not in EUR. Very convenient, so they retain the WU transfer fee plus a gigantic exchange rate percentage (50 eurocents to the euro). By all means, this is extremely high and you end up losing quite a bit of money.

Secondly, as many have mentioned here already, the currency exchange process is painstakingly slow. Often there is only 1 exchange desk open and they take an eternity to perform one exchange transaction. In a crowded touristic mall, this could be improved.

Recently i visited Marina branch to exchange some old currency which was with me - i had Best Experience and minutes service was provided with beat rates Special Thanks to Mr VinodT for helping us do the transaction easily

????☠️☠️☠️This company has the worst client service in the world.
Makes transactions with they it's a nightmare and no body cares help the clients or give them any solution.
The staff is inefficient and they have many mistakes.

My advice: don't use it, you could waste your time and lose money with them.

Excellent experience from Redha marina... Cashier Sithu Santhosh helped me to understand the forex rules and regulations and helped me a lot.....I suggest Redha Al-ansari for sending money...????

Foreign exchange with usually OK rates for the major currencies, especially if you haggle over converting larger sums. However if you're converting larger sums it's best to go on a day that their head office isn't closed (i.e. don't negotiate on Friday) and also probably not on a day the financial markets are closed.

As there is usually only 1, maybe 2 staff doing foreign exchange conversion there could be a line before you get served.

They also do Western Union transfers to the country of your choice, but it isn't cheap and you can get better transfer deals (including online) for larger sums.
