Rimal 3 , First floor , apartment no. 108 ;
One of the worst places & most dirty one ..
there was life insects..
the sheets is dirty , bathroom didn’t work , floor is dirty , towels is dirty , smell of dust in all the place ..
never recommended it ..

If there are stars by minus i would chose for them ..

I stayed with Air bnb at this location veryconciniant location. Bot easy to load and unload unless you go underground parking. Very close to the beach, eye of Dubai and several restaurants at Marina

High rise building with a shared swimming Pool & Gym, Carrefour is down the building and many other retails as well restaurants. Walking distance to public beach and Tram Station
Its a good place to live and family oriented
