Super place to shop for fresh veggies, groceries and your everyday needs. A little out of the way but they do have a good offers.

Very well stocked but very few store helpers. Most of the guys you find are busy with their online orders.

Good place to pick up Pizzas, zattars and short eats as well.

Finding Parking can be a challenge.

Carrefour outlets always keep their standards because every carrefour outlets are same at inside the racks and counter's. That's a very good thing.

Very good hypermarket the products are well organised and arranged neatly. You can easily find what are you looking. The racks are beautiful and easy to pickup every products.
So many chocolates and dates verity available..

Each and every racks have nice display to understand what is there and that's very neatly presented. Now they're ready to welcoming Qatar World cup and Christmas.

All staff's are friendly and helpful.

Everything you need under one roof. Prices are reasonable and their fresh fruit juices are just awesome. Fruits are fresh and many.

Unfriendly criminals ‼️ selling you an item which is scratched all all over, after paying we saw the key isn't also inside. They didn't wanted to reduce the price. No sorry, no nothing.
Just senseless behavior and brainless management ????????????

We bought baby's sleep wear, apparel quality is so good and at very afforable price - you may compare the quality with mamas and papas brand.

We also bought bed covers, made in Turkey. Fabric is perfect and stretchable.

No doubt about the standard of carrefour but this branch is a bigger one and has in-house farm for organic herbs ????????????
Plenty of parking available in basement.

One of the carrefour branch that I love is in Festival City Mall, it’s huge and has a lot of variety!! Some items that are out of stock elsewhere are available here. They also have discounts for meats such as wagyu beef etc.

I love their flower section as not all branches has it, staff are very accommodating and nice to queries.

They allow you to bring the cart to the parking or in the pick up area incase you bought a lot of groceries.

Customer service is dead!!!!
I went for self checkout option as it was empty.when I was about to finish scanning staff member approached me and told me they have to cancel it as it’s more than 15 items. I appreciate their rules and I have to respect if people were waiting in the queue. But it was EMPTY!!! Staff robotically repeating that it’s their rules. Instead of keeping me happy and allowing me to check out I ended up keeping everything there, just took few items to stop my child from crying and left. Reached home and ordered same items for delivery from local supermarket.
Staff really doesn’t know how to take decisions when it’s needed to avoid such unpleasant situations. I insist it was empty and made no difference to anyone if I would have checked out
