Very bad!
The store is good, but check the price before buying online! When I paid for the sneakers, I found it 2 times cheaper in another store! Money is not returned at the outlet, only an exchange.

Amazing selection & top tier customer service!

I’ve been searching for running shoes for some time now and I finally got the perfect pair.

The staff, as per usual, were super helpful and patient with me as i tend to be picky and indecisive.

We also ran a test to make sure we have the right shoes for me. So happy with my purchase and can’t wait to come back again!

This is a terrible store. I bought shoes for my daughter yesterday and the sales guy did not inform me that it was a last pair in this color and no other sizes are available. Next day (today) I came to exchange the saze for a bigger one, but of course it wasn't available. They refused to make a return and I had to spend almost an hour to try to find a somewhat decent replacement for the shoes. Neutral colors are not available - all the options I was given were completet trash like bright orange, black, purple and at the end I had to buy shoues I sidnt like and pay 100 dirham more for a different model. Terrible service, I don't recommend anyone buying anything from this shop.

Worst customer experience ever! I bought shoes from this store for 579 AED thinking I would get a good quality shoes and literally after 3 hours of using the shoe (just walking), the shoe sole starts slipping moving from its position while walking and paining/blistering my feet. I come to the shop the next day and explained my situation to the employee and he says we can't return the shoes and calls another employee. Not sure if i was the supervisor, but he says we can't return your shoes because this is an outlet store and leaves me there standing alone mid of the conversation with no care of what so ever. All what I wanted is atleast to replace this shoes with a better one, but they do no care for customer retainment or service. I have previously bought from this store, but I regret buying from here again. I do not recommend anyone buying from this store at all after this awful experience and customer service.

I buy my Hoka Mach 5 in this shop and after less than 2 months, a damage appear on the right side of my shoe.
I go back to the shop showing the damage, the manager take pictures and advise me that he will send the complain to .....
After 5 weeks, no news, going back to the shop and every time the same, but, but, but......
For sure will go back to ASICS.

They have the best shoes from the best global brands which you normally can not find in UAE market (Such as Saucony, Brooks, Hoka, Altra,...) and the prices are more affordable compared to Amazon or other online shops. The staff also are nice and they helped me to find what I was looking for.

Not advising anyone to buy from them..very bad quality plus they are not customer friendly
I got Scetchers pair from them and it got cracked with no reason, they refused to change it and said no guarantee on any shoes...
