We had our son’s first birthday party & dedication at Salties and everyone had a great time. Khaled was the best and we highly recommend them. Food, ambience, service, everything was perfect. It was just a little hot during mid day so we had to get extra air coolers, but other than that, Salties is a very good place to host events.

The place is great specially for events and group gatherings (as you can see in the photos). Staffs were all courteous and quick to attend to our requests. The manager, Khaled, was very approachable and thoughtful and was present all throughout the event overseeing everything. Proximity is good as well since it’s inside a mall and a hotel with access to the pool (checked in with my family for the weekend).

Needs improvement with the air conditioning as it gets hot in summer. Food could be better if they have their own kitchen/catering service.

Verdict: If you are looking for a place to unwind, stay for the weekend, or hold an event/party, this is one of the places I’d highly recommend.

We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday at Salties. The food was superb! Everybody loved the buffet. Mr. Khaled is nice and accommodating. Thanks to him and his team, we went home happy and full.

Such an amazing experience to be hosted by chef and the team. Salties has an amazing vibe, good food, good mood and the people managing it are soooo warm.
I was impressed by the table farm concept and the beautiful open to sky cieling..

We tried a lot of dishes here (pics attached) and would visit this place as a regular to chill with friends and family. Loved it!!!!

Such an amazing experience to be hosted by the team. Salties has an amazing vibe, good food, good mood and the people managing it are soooo warm.
I was impressed by the table farm concept and the beautiful open to sky cieling..
Special thanks to Mr. Albaloushi and Mr Hammad for hosting.

We would visit this place as a regular to chill with friends and family. Loved it!!!!

A big thank you to the Manager, Khalid. Such a nice person and very easy to deal with. We don't have issues with the bookings up to the end of the event.. All our guests are also amazed with the place, a very huge place with high ceiling.
We really enjoyed the party, the kids were also able to play inside, run and had so much fun.
Thank you again Khalid, you are such an amazing person.
Until our next event! ????????

I attended birthday party here. And we are the last guest to leave. This manager name khalid or khaleed block the exit door and saying we cannot leave until the bill is paid. Very rude guy. Our company used to book aloft hotel and will share this experience to our upper management never to deal with this manager.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service I experienced during our recent event at the Aloft Hotel Creekside. I had high expectations for an enjoyable and memorable event of the 1st birthday of our baby girl, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by multiple instances of unprofessional behavior and subpar service.

Firstly, I must address the rude and unprofessional conduct of the Restaurant Manager, Khaled. Not only was he consistently impolite, but he also went as far as threatening our event planner, stating that he would switch off the electricity in the restaurant. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of customer service.
The quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant was also disappointing. The taste and presentation did not meet the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment like Aloft Hotel Creekside. Furthermore, during our event, the food and beverage team failed to replenish the buffet, leaving guests without adequate options. When we inquired about this issue, we were informed that the food was being reserved for another event. Such a lack of consideration for the needs and expectations of paying customers is inexcusable.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the delayed service of the ice cream dessert. We had to specifically request it before it was finally served. This oversight is indicative of the overall incompetence displayed by the hotel's staff and highlights a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Overall, the service I received at Aloft Hotel Creekside was nothing short of a disaster. The behavior of the Restaurant Manager, Khaled, was both unprofessional and threatening, creating an unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere. The malfunctioning air conditioning, combined with the subpar food quality and inadequate buffet management, further added to my disappointment
