Genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the perfect footwear for my children. They were well-informed about their products and offered valuable insights and recommendations based on the kids’ specific needs and sizes.
Seeing their tiny feet fitted with the perfect pairs brought a smile to my face, and I could tell that the staff genuinely cared about customer satisfaction.

You could land on a very nice clothing deal if you we’re lucky enough to find your right size.
But it’s way much more better than some of the other similar places like Brands for less.
This has more variety, more items and a bigger place frankly. The quality of the products are subjective and reflects the brand it self. Besides you will find a lot of unbranded products as well.
This is not the place to buy Handbags for example, but you will find an excellent selection of shoes and perfume.

It’s like as if I got scammed.
First of all the cashiers were very slow, they talk nonsense things a lot consuming time. Today they said they have discount for women but when I went to pay ,they made excuses saying the items brand itself is expensive and didn’t give discount

Bbz store in deira city is good, But sad to say the staff in that branch is lack of knowledge regarding how they treat their costumer special mention that MAKMOD name in perfume section he is so rude rate 100 over 100 very arrogant he underestimate filipino costumer which is make me feel so bad, Management must take an action regarding this matter ,

Rude staff (Lady) in cosmetic/ bags/ perfume section. Was not able to get her name, but she is an Indian.

Great park with lots of open space and a nice children's play area with lots of things to do. If you're going to the Cock Inn, if the weather is good I would recommend coming here and sitting outside on the benches. There is also a sign explaining the history (see pictures).

Love taking my dog around fair green, always very clean with plenty of dog bins. The fair comes to the green & they have plenty of other activities going on through out the year. There are benches on the green so you can get your drink from The cock Inn which is a Lovely social place and dog friendly. There's also a kiddy play area. I just Love it ????????

My family fun fair have attended fair green for hundreds of years I remember my grandad Gray walking me to the little shop accross the road for sweets many years ago such a great community little spot in diss x

Excellent place to sit, play, eat fish and chips from Fair Green chip shop. There's a big, open green space, a children's play park, picnic tables, benches and some space to park cars. A great place to visit any time, but particularly lovely as the sun sets on a warm evening.

Nice open space for kids to run around in. The play area is a bit unusual. Too tricky for my youngest, but a nice change from the norm for my eldest son. Nice places to eat nearby and a small car park too.

If you book online you pay online, so give a time for pickup, then go there and everytime we have done this, its waiting for you. No fuss no waiting in a queue. Brilliant. Best fish and chips .

Another lovely local community area (as well as Diss park) used by many locals and visitors to the area during the summer.a nice glass of beer for the gents and a glass of wine for the ladies from the local pub on the green to picnics,dog walking(making sure to pick up after) to the fair that turns up fairly frequently plus the odd bootsale . A really positive amenity and a real nice clean place to enjoy! Let's keep it that way eh? David Palgrave.

Open space often visited by the fun fare. Angel Cafe, quaint with interesting food. Cock Inn pub. Busy. Happy Palace Chinese Takeaway delivers here.
