Some parts were great some were not. The staff didnt give us our apple pies, I had to ask for them after I had already sat down and was watching the menu board and realized we were supposed to get them. The negative 2 stars is mostly for the misconception of the photo as per what you actually receive. The french fries were good though.

Alot of smell is coming from chicken I am surprised this kind of thing also in Dubai and taxas chicken is really a American brand? I ordered from talabat what fu...ck I wasted my dirham ????????

I hope the next time they will not ask me again to buy the ( fire crunch )
They are smiling and nice with you. Once they say, "Please take the new Fire crunch,"and you reject politely they will be mad, and then they ask Medium or Large (they don't mention regular on purpose) and you reply Regular please they immediately have an attitude like if they hate you for that

We know it's a commission for you, but being nice and respectful must not be affected by our choices.

First we order 2 mexicana burgers. We get simple burgers without sauce and nachos.we complained and return the burgers. The manager,s Meanness after he give us burgers and put extra plain spices in the burgers and our mouth and tongue got burned. Thanks texas chicken for burning our weekend dinner. attched picture is attached

Staff menaka behaves very rudely, I asked very politely about my choice of food and she behaved as if she is some boss and i have to request her again ,then she just shrugged me off, and she actually said " pay your bill " I caught her at that point and asked why did you behave rudely, she didnot reply. And moreover they didnot pay attention to my request.

We come to enjoy food but some times, some one else's behaviour makes the day worse of it. I want to say " If your day is bad don't make some one else's day bad".

Come back in 5 minutes is all the guy could say
People were served in front of us, service terrible, we ordered the fanily meal with 8 pieces, bread, coleslaw, fries
Staff doing their best (kind of), but really no organisation, people are trying but there is no structure to how food is served

Famous chicken chain in uae. Popular for it's fried chicken and crispy fries. AED 10 meal is best deal I've seen in dubai. Placed in daira city center food court. If you are going in morning then it's better to go after 10am. You will not get sitting place easily in weekend because of rush.
