Emotions run high! We have been Jenius travelers for 15 years, have been almost all over the world, and I always choose my hotel carefully. The information in the hotel profile is not true!!! This is the worst accommodation in all our trips. The house is in a dead state, everywhere there is dirt, damage, the decoration is disgusting, the cheapest, there is no design at all. Service is completely non-existent. Let's start with the fact that we have already booked a villa 2 times in FAM Living, but in a different Palm village. Everything was good enough, the service was good. Therefore, we were confident in this booking. I asked for a paid early check-in 2 weeks in advance, since I flew with two small children from Bali on an early flight, and my husband arrived only late in the evening of that day. To which they politely replied to me that they would try to do their best. As a result, I reminded about this several times before check-in, saying that it was important, but when we arrived, in the morning around 6 in the morning to the security, they said that we were not on the guest list, and we could not even leave our luggage, but he cannot contact anyone, because the office is open from 9 am. We had to leave for another hotel and return in the evening. Yes, they charged the accommodation fee from the card the day before. When we arrived, we were met at the villa by a man who spoke like a robot, seeing that I was with two small children after a 9-hour flight, he asked for a deposit of € 4000, wrote it off and left. I asked for cleaning every day in advance, and when I asked what time they would come to clean the next day, it turns out that cleaning can be done only every other day for AED550 and they cannot do it every day, only after 2 days. All the equipment in the villa is 20 years old, worn and dirty, unpleasant to touch. I have never seen such a terrible state. The cost of the villa is overpriced many times over. Further. I asked for a partner laundry service (the previous FAM villa had a very convenient app), to which they sent me the phone number by which I ordered the courier. The laundry is terrible, they didn’t bring us things on the last evening before departure, the next morning, too, the clothes were there and remained there. To which the villa manager shrugged his shoulders completely indifferently. But this is not the worst. The hardest part was getting my deposit back. The hotel behaved like a scammer: at first, for some reason, they asked for account details, although they should have simply canceled the operation and unblocked the money. Ok, I sent the details right away. 2 days passed, silence, asked a question. They answer that they cannot transfer, come to the office for cash)))))) For the first time such madness! After I explained the situation, they began to ask for clarification of the details, although they were given in full, I am a financier and I understand this well. After clarification, they disappeared again. After that, they again asked for the same clarifications of details! The next day, they ask for UAE card data)))) Which, of course, we don’t have. She offered to open an AED account in her bank in Kazakhstan. So another two days passed, they wrote about some kind of exchanger, in general, trash. In the end, I realized that I was talking to the wall. And she asked a friend to give her card details in the UAE. They clarified something for another day, after which they transferred the money. I'm in complete shock that in a civilized country there can be such a service. Run away from this hotel!!!!
