ABSOLUTELY FIRE. So exquisite. We stayed in the villa houses and oh my god this place is amazing. Love it so much. If I can marry a place, it would be this. Only downside is that there is no buffet, so we had to make our breakfast in the house. It comes with a free private pool???? which is amazing so we can swim in the pool without the fear of being watched!

It was a very bad experience, we stayed there for one week ..Don’t recommend to any one with pet allergies ???? If you have to book there do give them the 1000 Durham deposit in cash so you can take back your money they didn’t return mine until now,(it has been 10 days after they told me after 7 working days!!!!
If you are A muslim you should know that they allow dogs in the apartment ????
I love dogs but I’m a Muslim I can’t have them in my house it’s our religion.

This is my first experience.
I love this place. Big nice apartments. Beachfront, close to many other entertaining places. Pretty quiet. Great service at lobby. I would come back again. You can not find a better place for a vacation.

Absolutely stunning apartments! There were 12 of us. Very clean and big with all the amenities needed. Having nice private beach, private heated pool, away from the city traffic, clean and very quiet. Staff were professional and cooperative especially Ms. Lana at the reception desk. 5star Recommended

Great choice for staycation where we spent 2 nights and 3 days during Eid. Happy that we have our own bed, the 3 bedroom suite is enough for 9 adults and 2 kids. Mr. Haytham did brief us well, he was honest from the beginning that their could be slight issues on the WIFI internet and that is manageable. One of the core of staycation is anyway to detox ourselves from city life. Totally amazed how peaceful is the location, safe haven and close to famous hotels in The Palm (got a chance to sneak in the evening for a picture in Atlantis The Royal). The next day we make sure we don't missed to take a dip in the beach and swimming pool. Since cooking and eating is our favorite, fortunately everything we need was in the kitchen from coffee machine, dishwasher to cutleries. Sure enough we all have a very enjoyable and memorable stay in Sarai Apartments. Glad we booked in Simply Comfort Suites.

Be very careful with the deposits. Issues are fabricated to keep money and communication is simply cut-off when you ask for proof or explanations. Water pressure is an issue and you can hear a pin drop in your neighbours home...

I would not people recommend to live there as a tenant. The whole building is constructed under super cheap conditions. Almost every week they have water problems , apartment quality is just cheap. The only advantage here is you have direct access to the beach. But since so many people from outside coming it’s not easy to find empty space for you to sit.

Bad and failed management and an unprofessional team, bad and small rooms for family , not interested in customers, the most important thing is taking extra money from customers without providing any service. they charge me for extra beds and persons without offering any extra beds for us and they we are family .they are cheating , we stay for 8 days. Hotel owners do not know how their employees deal with customers? Your continuation of this bad service directs your project to criticize you from everyone.
