Sadly I didn't read the reviews first I am sat here in tears. They took £66 in advance but I had broken a front tooth whilst visiting. I waited 30 mins saw a very rude dentist who told me I needed 4 crowns at huge cost. I said I couldn't afford it so he said pay monthly I don't have enough income for that. He then asked if my partner would pay. I asked how much a filling was £295!!! I was a dental nurse and if someone can for you in the next day for that amount of work I question why they have no patients. I had to just walk out I felt so uncomfortable like he was a double glazing salesman. I would give 0 if I could . Now I will have to wait until I return home. Oh x rays were more expensive on top and I only saw my dentist 5 months ago and none if this was mentioned.

I've now been to my own dentist one small filling required not even an injection needed. This guy is definitely untrustworthy. Check up , clean and repair £140 with a proper dentist

I have a real phobia of Dentists.
However this practice managed to absolutely terrify me in the space of 20 mins!! £895 to remove a tooth!!!! x-ray £80 new patient fee £66 with a consultation fee of £85 Total - £1,126
Was numbed and sent back into the waiting room where i was asked to settle the bill. When i questioned the £895 ( for extraction ) i was told that was the price the computer generates and was correct/ i left numb and £240 poorer - with a whole new phobia!!!

Their business and they can charge what they like …. however a little more transparency before you numb someone would be far more professional!!!
Interesting they have no prices on there web page .
I would go elsewhere and treat yourself to a night at the Ritz with the change

I would urge Collingham Dental practice to be far more transparent about there extortionate rates or better still fall in to line with other private practices.

Dreadful experience

Booked in with my daughter and paid a deposit, during initial conversation I discussed we would be coming from her school in newark and might be a couple of minutes over the time. Twice I was contacted to say there wouldn’t be a dentist available for the pre booked appointment and it was pushed back. Attended the third appointment 6 minutes after the appointment time having coming out of work and collected my daughter from school. No dentist there, told us he had gone because we were late. No one had called to warn us of this. I can’t comment on the quality of dentistry care as we didn’t make it that far but in terms of initial customer care and communication- very poor.

I visited this dentist and was told I needed a number of fillings totalling £1700 including the appointments. Having thought this was expensive compared to what my partner paid at another practice I booked another check up elsewhere. The other practice advised I needed two fillings compared to the six advised by Collingham and stated “they cannot see where the others are needed”, they also completed X-rays (which were included in the appointment fee, no extra cost). The second dentist totals £419 including a clean. I would be very wary of using Collingham.

Unfortunately I have very BAD experience. First my appointment was delayed on 45 minutes with no apology! Second the problem that I came with was kicked on last point and clear understanding that I gave to spend 1700+k where I need just sort one teeth!
Overall, information from dentist equals to 0, all info I get from receptionist that obviously just doing his job but I was clearly pushing towards rip off!
People think twice before you go there!!!
Left with pain in teeth and no info what was wrong with my tooth and what options I can have.
If I could put score lower then 0 it would be -100.

Very upset of them. We did crown on my tooth for 500£. Less then 2 year the crown get broken and I went back to the Dental practice the dentist said "Well I will do bridge now and make you discount because the crown" and never we saw them again. Every time when I try get in touch with him he is not available,he is not at work or something else. They really doesn't care for you.

This dentist is a complete rip off. they don't care if your in pain it's your money they want they are more expensive than many London dentists. And for a large filling £395. I got up and walked out but was charged £55 fir a 1 minute consultation. These people need to be reported to the Dental Ombudsman. Previous dentures cost nearly £5k and they don't really fit properly.

My wife and I have been patients at Collingham dental practice for many years and have always had a good experience there.
Our dentist Mr Patsiamandis is always thorough and considerate and gives good advice.
The reception staff and dental assistants are very welcoming and efficient, special mention to Richard on reception.
Thoroughly recommend this practice.
