Very bad customer service & exchange policy , i purchased a lipstick online & unfortunately didn’t like the shade . On visit deira city centre branch the supervisor denied exchange as the shine of the lipstick is less and looks like it is used , on further argueing she told to contact customer service agent with photos of the item . Now the customer service agent stated “ *Ahmed Altaweel*
Keep in mind that all products must be returned to us, unused and not open and with all Sephora tags “. on further discussing the issue i sent him all pictures but this gentlemen kept on repeating the same statement without listening my part of the story. Firstly there is no seal on lipstick box and secondly it was not used the below photos are self-explanatory .

Please be carefull with their exchange policy as it is a scam . Being a long term member & with huge purchase history this how they treat.

Sephoras are the most sought after destination for skincare makeup and fragrances. You can get a lot of experiences on these areas at some brands live stations too. It's all the brands at one location. So many international brands are available but sometimes they get out of stock and not available quickly. I am personally invested in Huda beauty, Fenty Kayali Clinique and all sephora products. There is so much more to explore. I feel them as exclusive distributors must also try to offer more discounts sometimes so its affordable to all at occasions. All the beauty specialists are nice however you'd meet some who'd push you pricey products and won't talk unless they know you'd be interested to buy. Overall its always a happy pleasant experience at all Sephora stores. Love this one at DCC as its close and also friendly management. Please kindly do focus on offers! You can buy all related to gifts and get personalised vouchers gift cards and engraving on products which is awesome! Overall must visit. Love them!

We visit today the Sephora branch in City center Deira and really was a great experience! We were searching for Parfums and some other cosmetic products and Mohamed the salesman guy from Syria approached and was really helpful! He suggested and showed us many options! Also Mimi the cashier was pretty helpful and friendly with us ! To be honest it's the best customer service branch for Sephora! Thank you guys!

Mr. Kareem has an outstanding customer service, no wonder he is a manager. Very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Thank you, I really appreciate how you treat your customers. He didn’t even gave me a difficult time asking for my sephora birthday gift, he assisted me right away and even wrapped the gift himself. Keep it up!!!

Stumbled on the Sunday Riley brand at Sephora in Dubai mall. The representative urged me to buy the CEO afterglow cream, but I was hesitant cos it was pricey.

After so much convincing, I eventually gave in and purchased the item and was given samples (lactic acid and vitamin c 15% brightening serum) targeted towards the pigmentation on my face. Used the samples (alternatively) and the face cream for a few days. Trust me this brand is magic.

After seeing the amazing results on my face for the few days of usage, decided to get Sunday Riley superstars package cos I saw it online at Sephora UAE for 50% off, but the “click and collect offer” was put on hold till December, so I had to place the order online.

Shocker for me is that they offer cash on delivery, which was very good for me cos the online store doesn’t accept local cards (I just came in for the holidays).

I chatted the customer care representative on WhatsApp (number available online), and the person was super helpful. Rating their service 5/5

No star at all. I have been sending email, send whatsapp and even call the hotline about my concern and it has been 2 weeks now and still did not received a proper solution. I ordered a 150ml Chanel Chance and I received the item but the quality is really poor. The scent is not the normal Chanel Chance because I know how it should be since I am using this perfume for a long time now. I have requested for a replacement but they keep on saying it is not possible. I did not accept their advise and requested for a call back from a manager but to no availa, I havent received any. this is sephora they are known to deliver a quality items, and I am not disappointed that Sephora in UAE is like this.

today i had a very pleasant experience in sephora DCC, I met with two sweet ladies, Mandis and Juna, they both were very friendly greeting me with a big smile, and helped me with the products I was looking for, I enjoyed the little conversation i had with them, i felt really welcome and it gave positive vibes. I always like to come to this branch because it is in the mall where i work for MAF management, and the staff are really friendly there. i appreciate their time and patience to explain things to me and apply some products on my face :) thank you
