Great service and very nice location, the staff are friendly.

Only issue is that it is so busy that sometimes there is no place to sit, otherwise the perfect starbucks.

Their matcha latte isnt good and they dont add whipped cream even though i’ve been to many starbucks branch yet they don’t charge for it
They said i can add to frappicino but to matcha latte i cannot? Like whats the difference?????????

In my mind Starbucks is the most popular coffee shop in the world. Not many people know that at the beginning of the company was not taken seriously. And the founder of this institution had to swim against the current of all problems and doubts for many years in order to found the one and only Starbucks. Now, being in Dubai, I decided to go to Dubai Starbucks and order Green Tea Frappuccino. To know that in Dubai I don’t really like the preparation of this drink. They miss something, the taste is like this, but still far from the original. I liked the way they how prepare my drink. The place was not bad, quite cozy, but with an inherent Dubai negligence. The tables were a bit dirty, nobody cleaned, which ruined the whole picture. But anyway, I keep coming to this place, I like how they work.

The worst Starbucks ever , the female staff who are taking and serving orders are the worst ,I came 1.35 pm and asked for oat late and they were completely arrogant and they did not even explain the ingredients to me when I asked them , also one of them she delt very bad with another customer who requested dine in coffee and the lady served it as take away , when the customer asked to change it then lady just put it in a glass and serve it as is were the foam and cream were fone already !!
Note: the se comment were given to the branch manager !

I was craving for chocolate cake. But their cake was so dry. And they were not ready to even heat. I had to take it home and heat to eat. Worst experience. Been their customer since past 15+ years

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable visit. The exceptional service and the positive attitude of the barista named Chelle truly made a lasting impression.

One particular instance stood out during my visit. My child needed some hot water, and I approached the counter to inquire if it was possible to get a small cup. That's when Chelle, the friendly barista, not only provided me with a cup of hot water but also offered it to me as a complimentary gesture. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction truly made me feel valued as a customer.

Chelle's positive demeanor and friendliness added an extra touch to my overall experience. She had a genuine enthusiasm that radiated throughout the coffee shop, creating an inviting and comfortable environment for everyone. Her positive attitude was infectious, and it created a pleasant atmosphere that enhanced my enjoyment of the visit.

The cashier was very rude her name is blessing. There is a guy infront of us and asking for frapp and she said "we dont have frapp i dont know what you want" but good thing the guy wearing white shirt ask politely what he like. When my turn now she didnt even greet us and she on a hurry as there is one customer behind me and didnt even ask my starbucks app. Not even suggesting some food ????????
